Remember that each ejaculation has as many as 300-500 million sperm cells.
I just got clipped. So if I’m still producing sperm regardless of ejaculation wouldn’t it be the energy expended during the ejaculation process? I have heard of holding off and being more energized for the gym. So which is it guys? Sperm production, the ejaculation process or both?

Sperm production is related to ejaculation.
If you ejaculate your body will be forced to produce sperm. If you don’t it won’t. It’s so simple. The process of production is what requires energy, so if your body does it you spend energy. That’s the concept I guess.

Don’t guess, it is the correct explanation.

If you have just completed the newbie routine for 3 months and are not seeing gains, I would step up the intensity a bit or go for longer workouts. Back when I first started I found this to help before I moved on to the more advanced and dangerous exercises. Just be careful because an injury will just set you back. Your cock has to be conditioned and after 8 or 9 months I would look into hanging too. This is when I saw the most gains.

Have any of you seen that Seinfeld episode where George gives up sex and turns into a genius. Same concept I guess LOL
