The routine after "the newbie routine"
Well, I’ve done the newbie routine for awhile now (4 or 5 months) and i’ve gradually upped the amount of time stretching, jelqing, and the number of kegels. However, I would like to change my routine to incorporate different types of stretches (v-stretch, a-stretch, etc.) and DLD blasters. Anyone have any routine ideas? I’m open for anything. Also, I’m quite small, 5.25”x4”. What should I work on first: length or girth?
