A Newbie Routine

Well, after a month of doing the newbie routine rather lightly just to get familiar with the exercises and everything, I think I’m ready to start a fairly more intense routine:

Warm Up
Stretching : 15repx50s Up,Down,Left,Right,Forward (15mins total)
4xCircle Stretching
20m Jelqs
Warm Down
50xAI Stretching

Kegeling around a 100 reps some other time during the day.

Going for 3on/1off

Thoughts and comments would be appreciated.

If you’ve only been doing the newbie routine lightly, you haven’t had a chance to condition your penis for any more intense workouts. Work yourself up to the fullest intensity with the newbie routine. Do the routine at full intensity for a few months. Then, and only then, can you safely increase your workout without worry of injury. It’s the only dick you got, don’t mess it up by not having patience.

I don’t think this routine is that much more intense than what I’ve been doing, what I meant was the newbie routine was fairly easy going and I didn’t feel it that much.

Didn’t gain anything in size yet, at least nothing noticeable, well maybe some little results with the stretching that I noticed, but I do seem to have much harder erections, actually my dick feels stronger overall, even when flaccid, also controlling my ejaculations better, probably cause of the kegels.
