I warn you now this could turn out to be a long post, and I am relying on the help of senior and normal members alike to help me on my mission.

SS4 and all moderators, I read what you said about asking for routines etc, and I thought perhaps this may be considered a special case, please, I’m sorry if this has bothered you.

BACKGROUND:
I have been doing some light PE for a couple of months now, pretty much following the newbie routine, that I acquired from a PE ebook. Since starting I wish I had actually bothered to measure, I THINK I have gained about .75” flaccid length, my flaccid length has never been impressive, I have also seen a pretty significant increase in flaccid girth, but flaccid isnt particularly the issue. I have read the newbie starter forum as well and this pretty much concurs with the downloaded ebook. Now heres where this gets intresting.

Me, I’m an 18 year old boy, I’ve been lurking around different PE forums for a while whilst following ebooks. Ok now the situation.

So I’m 18, and have had my girlfriend now for 7 months, (why is this relevent you may ask, well time is a very relevent thing in this post) I have been away working recently, for the best part of a 2 months now, and have really missed my girlfriend, we are on opposite sides of the globe. And the phone sex is amazing, but come on doesnt come close to the real thing.

My girlfriend is 30 years old, she’s my baby, my one and only, id die for her. I know it’s been 7 months and it seems like a short time I know but I’m not here for relationship advice. The thing is she has had 2 kids, and I love them like they were my own. The sex is great, the distance between us at the moment is horrible but soon that will change.

I’ve managed to convince my manager that I need 3 weeks off, and I’m paying out of my own pocket on february the 24th to fly back to her for 2 weeks (she has no idea about this). , Before flying back out to work for a further 2 months then I’m home for good So basically I have from now until feb the 24th to try and make some gains and really treat her.

The sex has always been great, but I really wana come back and take her to town, all you guys out there know youd do anything to please your woman right ANYTHING, atleast thats how I feel.

Well thats the background story. And this is what I aim to do:

Firstly. I have always had the ability to make gains very fast, be it at the gym or whatever, I just totally back myself here, and I no I could potentially injure myself and any advice given to me I realise I take into accord myself. Whatever I do to myself it’s all my fault.

MY STATISTICS AS OF JANUARY 8th:

Errect : 5 2/8” by 4 4/8”
Flaccid : 3 4/8” by 4”
And I’m cut.
Lig potential - my penis hangs quite high , and has almost no droop, infact it pretty much points straight out and perhaps dips at the head a tiny bit. Now this leads me to believe that perhaps my ligaments are rather tight, and thus stretching these would benifit me greatly in terms of length gains, but this is partly my own conclusion and am probably way out.
On LOT theory I score at 10:00 O clock.

Old Information:
My old routine consisted of:

5 minute hot wrap warm up
20 minutes of length Xtender (this is basically pulling my member, left for 30 second intervals, 10 reps. Streching off, then repeating right, streching off, then repeating pulling straight down, (hoping to strech ligaments)
15 Minutes of Wet Jeqls (I.e. With lube)
5 minute hot wrap warm down
2 days on 1 day off
Ofcourse kegels were done throughout the day when I remembered and had time.

For lube I was using baby oil (which in my opinion is too thin), and daily I was reapplying moisutriser on my member to help keep the skin on it supple.

NEW PLANNED ROUTINE:
I should have an hour or so a day, (not including hanging time but until I order and recieve my bibs starter hanger this isnt an issue)

This will focus on my girth gains I hope.

5 minute warm up, dipping my member into a mug of hot water, (hot wrap wasn’t so effective for me)
20 minutes of dry Jelqs.
5 minute rest, keeping member warm.
20 minutes of wet jeqls (using a mixture of baby oil and olive oil if possible otherwise simply olive oil)
5 minute rest keeping member warm.
10 minute of head size increase, using each finger to force blood into the glans.
5 minute cool down using cold water.

2 days on 1 day off, 3 days on, 1 day off. PER WEEK
I.e. Mon tues on, weds off, thurs friday sat on, sun off
I will be following my old body building diet, keeping high on protein to aid in repair of the skin cells quickly (I think diet is something that is perhaps overlooked alot during PE)
Also testicular massages, using baby oil or moisturiser as often as possible, these things are great, hard to explain why I love them so much it’s not the feeling of doing it, but the effect they have. Testostorone rockets.

Ok this I hope should be a step up from my old routine, and hopefully I won’t have taken too much on board. I want to test this routine out further before I get into hanging, but I think hanging is a must as my ligs appear to have alot of potential.

Basically guys, I need your help, your advice I’m asking you not as a newb on the forum, but as a loving boyfriend, and soon to be husband (it’s been talked about alot) I would love to have on the night of my honey moon, the perfect 8” by 6”. After all I’ve done alot of reading here, and that is the most popular size.

I have until the 9th of January to ammend this “new” routine thats an entire day for you guys to smack me around and make me alter it. Then I will attempt it for 2 weeks and fully list my gains each week. I’m hoping this will be a running post. I have 6 weeks until I fly to be with my baby. And I just want to make as big a gain as I possibly can.

Anything I forgot to add, please don’t hesitate to post back. Please guys I really need your help and support on this, I’ve seen this forum, it’s full of helpful members.

Hey man, welcome to Thunder’s.

First I’ll say you should quit with the ‘quick-fix’ mindset. PE is for the long-haul. Consider yourself lucky if you stumble on any to give her. That’s not what it should be about any way. Like body-building you need to look far into the future with this thing.

I like your new routine; it’s very similar to my current. I think you should take out dry-jelqing, and keep all jelqs lubricated. Also your rest days, stop planning them. Rest when you need to rest. Your warm-ups: I used to warm-up the same way you’re planning, and it wasn’t effective. The best warm-up I’ve discovered is heating directly from the tap and then drying.

Keep to your new routine for 6 months.

I know PE is not a sprint, I’m very aware of that, and if I had more time, well id give anything for more time, but thats not going to happen. Theres one thing that leads me to believe I might make gains fastish, and that is that I have always had the ability to make gains fast, wether it be the gym, or on the track. Things just happen.. Does anyone agree with my conclusion about my ligs?

Errr… I’m not sure what you’re asking. There’s not some magical trick to gain really fast we’re keeping secret from you. You’re routine looks great. Maybe some more stretching, especially V and inverted V… You sayed you were conditioned so throw some erect work in there. Cock rings are greaaat… yeah. Do you have any specific questions?

Kesman - What you’ve done already has probably made your penis stronger and perhaps even larger erect. You said the sex was great already. Don’t rush yourself into an injury that would really fuck up your visit.

I don’t see the need for both dry and wet jelqs. If you’re comfortable with the wet, continue to do them. One is as effective as the other. Reduce your days off and take one only when needed.

DO let her know you’re coming. Not to do so would be rude at the least and if she has time to plan she might be able to get a relative to watch the children for a few days to give you two time alone.

Thank you guys for the posting, I have decided to switch between wet and dry jelqs on different days depending on mood and timing hopefully the small variation on the theme should help, Thanks to sky, I will also encoporate, 10 mins or so worth of V stretch, I have ordered my “REDI STRECHER” Thanks TPS. =D. And hopefully will work in some extra manual stretch sessions, and perhaps hanging after afew weeks when I feel more comfortable and confident.

Thanks guys for taking an interest the pump will be bumped every fortnight or so with my gains and thoughts kind of like a blog I guess. Hopefully someone might gain from it, I guess it’s more for my personal use than yours.

Ok, today I started my routine, just an update in my blog type post of things.

Routine:

5 mins warm up, member under hot tap
10 mins V stretching - had fun with these
5 mins warming under hot tap
30 mins of Dry or Wet Jelqs (depends which took my fancy) today was dry
5 mins of warming under hot tap
10 mins of Head expansion exercise
5 mins under cold tap (this last bit can sting quite abit)

Mainly wanted to post about the glands expansion, I to had tried this before reading about it here, basically you take an over hand O ring grip around the base of your penis, whilst being 60 - 80% errect. And slowly clamp each additional finger around your shaft, each finger forces blood further up your penis. And you’ll notice that your head will swell dramatically. Take about 3 seconds before applying your last pinky finger around your shaft. Once I had done this I found this pressure was quite intense, but then if you take a finger from your other hand, and apply pressure just below your glans. You get a huge head. Hold this for 10 seconds and switch hands.

Today am very red, not sore, but put it this way, I know I’ve had a good PE session. Lets hope 2moro goes just as well

Well boys and girls. The results are in. And it’s miraculous, I’m guessing that I’ve just picked up on the gains I did not cement in before when I had my few months dabbling of PE. Now I’m back and with a weeks solid work. I stand at.

5 1/2” by 4 3/4” inches

Remaining gains.
2 3/4” in length to go
And 2 inches in girth

My redi stretcher arrive this morning and will start using that on the 23rd of Jan. Cock rings and clamps arrive soon = D

My goals are big, but after this I’m assured that ill make it or die trying to.

22nd of January today, which puts me at this for 2 weeks now. I wont be measuring this week because frankly i dont wana disappoint myself after the 1/4 of an inch in length and girth from that week. Having spoken to drilla it appears this could be more from increased circulation than anything else.

Last night i started hanging, And im really enjoying that. Its a new sensation, and no matter what people say, the similarties between hanging and manual stretching are few. Atleast in my opinion, Getting a nice stretch on from the hanger for 20 mins, is hella good. Im using just the weight from the hanger itself at the moment. I did try using about 2.2 pounds, thats 1.1 kg. And i quickly decided i was not ready for that.

Like to thank TPS, for the amazing power of the redi stretcher, this really is a top piece of equipment, for manual stretching and hanging.
