I’ll get to the title of this thread in a minute. First I would like to introduce myself. I have been lingering around Thunders for a little while now and posted once but this time I thought I would post a new thread to tell you a little about how I got here to Thunders.

I am new to PE and I am very surprised I have never heard of it before. I am what you would consider below average. This is why, more then ever, I am attempting to make my penis bigger. All my life I have felt inadequate about my penis size. I have never gotten any complaints from woman so I never thought about doing anything about it. Not that I have been with tons of women just that I have been more of a long relationship type of guy and very little “one night stands.” Although there have been a few but I digress. One day I clicked on an e-mail link which brought me to some pill site that promised to make my dick bigger. This was nothing new to any other SPAM e-mail I get but the word Jelq somewhere on the page caught my attention. So I started researching Jelqing and learned more about it. I was intrigued especially when I came across an article by Men’sHealth Magazine, which I use to subscribe to. The article talked about jelqing and how it claimed to give you a larger penis. Now being a fitness magazine you could understand how the author dismissed it by stating instead of spending hours working out your penis take that time to workout your body. That was it for me. Now if a respected Magazine like Men’sHealth cannot prove false the idea of making your penis bigger then I am going to damn well try to see if it is true. After doing some more research I came across this Thunders site with it’s wealth of information and I have been here ever since.

Now to the title of this thread.

I have started doing PEE’s roughly last month. I was basically doing manual stretches and Jelqs with some kegels in there somewhere. Almost within a week I noticed a stronger, firm erection. I also had some vein protruding. My penis felt good. I refused to measure until a month straight to prevent discouragement. In my last week before measuring day my wife was giving me a blow job (What a great wife!) when I noticed she attempted to deep throat as she normally had without a problem in the past. I then noticed she was gagging a little. Like all of us men I tried to help along with my hand on her head pushing her down ever so lightly. She then gagged a little more came up and told me if I want puke on my dick continue doing what I was doing. Suffice it to say I did not want puke on my dick as she continued to attempt more deep throats finally while coming up for air she said “What the fuck! Till this day she has not questioned me about it and probably just sucks it up (no pun intended) to my fluctuation in weight but this time I new what it was and was very proud.

Well at the start of this month I did the measuring thing and although a little disappointed in my gains was happy that there were any gains at all. It’s almost like when you’re trying to lose weight and you lose inches in fat because of muscle gain. When you weight yourself on the scale it’s the same but your cloths fit loose although you did not lose any weight. I won’t be sharing my size with you yet but once I have considerable gains I will let you know. I will tell you this in my first month I practically gained nothing. But I gained and that’s motivation enough to continue. My FBP gains are .25L x 0.3125G inches and my EBP gains are 0.1875L x 0.125G inches. I measured repeatedly to be sure of these values. It’s funny that my wife reacted the way she did although there was not much gains but I guess the firmness and erectness of it did most of the work. I am currently attempting to put together the Capt’ns Wench. It was hell finding the parts. Still can’t get the grippers but will see if I can use a substitute. First time working with any devices so will see about greater gains to come.

If you have any advice for me, that will be great. Again I currently do two sets of 40 second stretches and about a half hour or so of Jelq’s with kegels thrown in. 5 days on 2 days off. I find my lot to be 6 o’clock so any one with similar and considerable gains please share it with me. I guess that is it. Thanks for listening. I am looking forward to the feed back. The reason your LOT is 6 o’clock could be from the lack of a strong BC muscle.
It may increase with more kegels.

One thing in your story ade me laugh a bit, the part about “helping” your wife deep throat you by pushing on her head. I don’t know about all women, but that is a major no-no with my wife. She gives great head, but any sign that I am trying to force things stops things in their tracks. Way to go with the little gains you got Triplexboogie! Your going to love the Wench hanger. I just started hanging with mine and I love it way more then my previous hanger. Remember don’t get too frusterated at first with hanging with the Wench, and remember to expierment a lot and read on how to wrap good and attach and tighten the hanger correctly. Lots of expiermentation is essential to developing a routine for every day in hanging.

Again I must be one lucky guy, because my wife loves it when I hold her head and fuck her mouth.
But I DO NOT force it, you have to be gentle about it. Sometime I’ll run my fingers through her hair along the sides of her head and gently hold her head while going in and out. Other times I pull the king shit move and hold my dick in one hand and hold / push the back of her head with the other. The trick is NOT to be an asshole about it, and then it’s all good. She gets incredibly “wet” when I do it, really wet. There’s been some talk about “volume” increase around here as well.
I think this is the what we experience first which gets translated as firmness, strength, etc.

I’m not into hanging, so I can’t say when to start or not - but the common advice is to follow the beginner’s routine until gains cease. There are various theories about this, but I find it likely that upping intensity (and hanging is heavy-duty) too quick might be counterproductive. I suggest reading Sparkyx thread about PI’s:

It will not necessarily raise your LOT, but you may get a more accurate reading. A lot of newbies make the mistake of checking their LOT by feel instead of a visual reading.

Like Slacky said, don’t worry about your LOT right now. Take LOT into consideration when you hit your first plateau. Until then, do what you’re doing.

I am a newbie myself, and this is my first reply at a post. I started about 2.5 weeks ago. I do jelqs and hang with the CCH3. I really like the hanger and I don’t even need to wrap when using it. I can really feel my ligs pulling but not painful pulling. I started with 2.5 lbs the first week and then went to 5lbs. At first I let the end of a 5 pound weight rest on the floor (adjustable chair) and then I raised the chair to where I am supporting all the weight.

Like you I have not measured (I am decent sized) but I figure if I can see the gains, and my wife makes a comment I know I am getting somewhere. Plus measuring seems so subjective because of arousal and how my penis reacts to heat/cold. I just don’t think I will get proper measurements.

Well after 2 weeks I was much longer and thicker flaccid. I didn’t think I gained a great deal when hard but tonight after 2.5 weeks my wife made her first comment. It was very dark in the room and I was behind her doggy style. Well she was rubbing my penis against her vagina and then started sticking it in a little. I honestly thought I was going in her tush it was so tight. A little later it did go in her tush, but that’s another story.
