Hello everyone,
I am sure people have come across this question a 100 times. But I wanted to ask you where I can purchase the Theraband. I saw most of the old posts, but it isnt clear enough to me whether the Band that you are talking about is a wrist band, or just band material, as in the therabamd appears to be selling in various forms, as wrist band, as thigh band etc etc. So which kind shld I purchase?
