Thickening/vasodilator Cream While Pumping

Hi guys,

I know most dick thickening creams are a hoax and don’t really work. But I’m wondering if anyone has found any that actually works. I already take a vasodilator when I pump, my theory is that the bigger we can get our blood vessels the more we will grow and faster we will heal and progress. So I’m wondering if it would be helpful to use one of those creams as lube while pumping. So, has anyone used one that seemed to work?
