This exercise I do, what is it actually called?
The majority of my PE is this one exercise that goes like this..
I get a 75% or so erection.. Grab the base of my penis (palm down) as close as I can to my torso/pubic-bone.. Do a kegel to get as much blood into it as possible.. Then squeeze the base (lowest inch of the shaft) with the thumb and index finger which balloons the rest of my penis, especially the head. I hold this for about 15-30 seconds, then release, kegel, then squeeze again. I do this for as long as I can keep a decent semi-erection, which is perhaps a few minutes.
But what is this actually called?
And apparently it’s better for girth than length? (which is what I want)
Is this similar to the effect of what a pump would do? (I actually owned a pump for a short while years ago, and the effect does seem similar)
