This exercise I do, what is it actually called?

The majority of my PE is this one exercise that goes like this..

I get a 75% or so erection.. Grab the base of my penis (palm down) as close as I can to my torso/pubic-bone.. Do a kegel to get as much blood into it as possible.. Then squeeze the base (lowest inch of the shaft) with the thumb and index finger which balloons the rest of my penis, especially the head. I hold this for about 15-30 seconds, then release, kegel, then squeeze again. I do this for as long as I can keep a decent semi-erection, which is perhaps a few minutes.

But what is this actually called?

And apparently it’s better for girth than length? (which is what I want)

Is this similar to the effect of what a pump would do? (I actually owned a pump for a short while years ago, and the effect does seem similar)

Thanks guys, I did a search and “squeeze” is definitely what it’s called (especially on how the kegel part goes with it.

2 more questions if you don’t mind..

Is this exercise comparable to what a pump would do?

Also, when I start to lose a bit of my semi-erection, I often start to pull outwards.. This continues to send a decent amount of blood towards the head to keep it ballooned. But I’m also giving the base a decent stretch. I guess you could sort of call it a “one handed jelq squeeze”. But is this a worthwhile exercise to do?

Both squeezes and pumping are good options for those with a purpose to gain girth. This is as far as their similarities go since their effects on the penis and indicators vary and how they apply pressure to the organ are quite different.

I do another version of that one. I hold near base and push with another hand from glans to base. Basically compression and it’s possibly to do only with flaccid, and the best is expanded flaccid, then I can push up to 6 1/2 inches girth. After such warmup sometimes I do high pressure pump too. That should be quite effective and I expect to see first decent girth gains after few months.
