This is how I do my cool down!!

First I do my cool down imeddatialey after my edging session while I’m rock hard.

I use a cold wash cloth and wrap my cock like a burrito for 1 min.

Sometimes if I start to lose my EQ I EDGE more to get it hard again.

After session cock is enlarged and in a stretched state and very plump.

My theroy is when your dick is this hard and the expansion is at it its fullest during a erection and you use a cool down this could lead to future gains.

I believe that it would promote more gains because your dick is already at its stretched and expanded state . The only other way to stretch more and expand more is to get bigger thus getting bigger and fatter in the process.

What do you PE’RS think of this ?? I have been doing this about a week now I have already could see some signs of gains escpecially in EG. I know this because my flaccid is fatter and more heavy than usual.

Sounds good mate. You might want to even chuck some ice into the mix. A cool down like this, I think you will find, will be even more helpful when you move onto more advanced PE techniques!

Very interesting, I have recently been experimenting with ice and ice baths myself. Actually using ice during clamping. Its for very short time periods, not really looking at a clock, but going by feel. When its nice and cold I unclamp it, and message to help the circulation a little bit. It seems to work nicely in plumping things up and increasing blood flow. I don’t know if its healthy, as its rather uncharted territory as far as pe goes, isn’t it?

Not exactly… Like many things in PE, anecdotal evidence with a few un-proven/un-provable theroies is all we have for the ‘cool-down’. I think a little while ago there was quite a bit of discussion which (if i’m not mistake) culminated in most people accepting that a cool down should be used in place of a warm down, since it might help ‘freeze’ the tissue in the elongated state.

Been trying the same thing for about a week, few days to go till measuring day so I hope I get accelerated results.

I asked maybe 6 months ago someone to answer me in medical view why to do warmdown but noone answerred me.

I did it at the beginning but I just concluded that its completely unnecessary. I never do warmdowns and cooldowns sounds much rational option to me if you are going to do somekind of ——downs.


Start 20.4.2010: BPEL = 6.6 EG = 4.3 EGB = 4.8

Current: BPEL = 6.9 EG = 4.7 EGB = 4.9

Goal: BPEL = 7.5 EG = 5+

I did this for a period, hoping that it would have an effect on my flaccid - I really don’t see how it could possibly help your erect measurements - but I found that the blood flow in the penis during an erection makes it almost impossible to cool the tissue down. I didn’t try to ice it, but a cold washcloth definitely made no impact at all (when I removed it, it would be warm on the inside even after as little as 15 seconds).

HMMM thats wierd because when I do it I touch my cock and it is cold to the touch. I don’t know everyone is different some things work for others and some gain fast some gain slow.

Plus I have only been doing this for about a week so I can’t say that I have gained from it. I just wanted you guys to see how I do my cool down.
