After 2 Months into PE, this is what I´ve found!.

Believe or not!, less is better!.

I began with the newbie routine, 5 days on, 2 days off.

5 min hot-wrap

5 min strecthes

10 min jelquinq

5 min hot-wrap

I read carefully how to perform exercises, and I even watched the videos of each exercise.

My conclusion is the following:

After the first month strecthing and jelqinq as shown in the videos, my penis ended up contracted even to a

Smaller size!. I also felt sore after each session!. I took measures at the end of the first month only to find out that nothing had changed.

Anyway since I´ve read post of not to get discouraged, I decided to continue with it, I kept with the routine until 14/09/2005. In this last week I came across some sections in this forum where it states that you should feel no discomfort at all. And some vet members point out that it should be pleasant to perform the exercises. They also state that beforebeginingg your next session you should developed a notion of how elastic are yourdisckk tissues. According to them this an indication of correct healing and resting period.

Last week I changed to 1 day on and 1 day off. I also proceed to ease up the tension in streching and the force of the OK grip in jelquing sessions with 50 % of erection.I´ve been into this state for 1 week and a half. To my surprise I began to feel after each sessions myflacidd state was longer and good tingling sensations. I also woke up in the morning with asemierectionn during this last 7 seven days.

Seeing visual indications that my dick was fuller, this morning I´ve measured to find out the following:

NBP FL 4,33”x4,2”———>0,79”x0,2” difference

NBP EL 5,90x4,76”——->0,60”x0,26” difference

How can it be possible!, I easep up tension and pressure increasing rest time and in one week it seems that my dick has spurted out.

This is a recomendation for the newbies!.

Watch Out with the tension and pressure you apply in streching and jelqinq if you take the videos as guidelines!.

Also consider a longer resting routine!.

Thanks to those vets that point out “Less is better!”.

I always thought of less is better too.
When I did start, I gain a good amount of size. Then I had the good ideal of increasing total PE time and frequency. Bad idea … I stop gaining.

Good job on finding what works for you.

Its not necessarily that “Less is better”, just that “Too much is bad”.

Its just a case of finding what works best for YOU, and you alone. (Few people understand this point, IMO)

Some people HAVE to PE everyday to gain, others can PE once or twice a WEEK and gain. I got all of my gains (0.75” x 0.25”) from doing PE twice a week at most.

I think Slack makes a great point here, it’s not that too much is good or too little is good, it’s finding the correct routine and rest periods for your own body. Just like working out any muscle in your body, you need to have rest, some people need more than others thou.

I have started a new routine in which I PE less and rest more, the results aren’t fantastic, but at least it’s a routine I know I can stick with.
