Even with the slight gains I saw and improved EQ in the first couple weeks I’m right at the one month mark now and this is usually where I quit. Also a follow up queston. My girth at the top is 4.5, mid is 4.75 and at the base its 4.95 is there any way to even out the shaft or is this genetics ?
First of all, congrats on making it to a month! That is something that not a lot of people get to say!
To answer your question, finding motivation for literally anything in life comes down to the reasons you have to do that activity and you need to be constantly talking about all the reasons TO do it on a regular basis and when you think of reasons not to do something, do not fight them. Simply accept that they are thoughts that hold no validity and let them pass.
I would recommend that every morning shortly after you wake up, you write one or two paragraphs on a piece of paper listing out all the reasons that you want to gain that girth, or anything else you want to accomplish. As a business owner I do this every morning for a few things, not PE, and it works amazing. People think I am crazy because my motivation is unwavering. Just had my head designer leave the company setting me back at least 2 months. My reaction? Start again. Try again. Push forward again. I do this without hesitation or getting down because I have endless reasons to build my company and have attached MASSIVE pleasure to the idea of having my own company.
Attaching massive pleasure to the end goal, in your case a certain penis size, is the idea behind all the reasons why also known as “why power” by Tony Robbins. Write out all the amazing things that will come as a result of you gaining that bigger penis every morning and you will never even think about motivation again because it will be unwavering.
