This Is Usually Where I Give Up

Even with the slight gains I saw and improved EQ in the first couple weeks I’m right at the one month mark now and this is usually where I quit. I’m having a hard time trying to find time to do it with a family, I didnt realize how mentally challenging doing the whole routine is all the time without skipping anything, and with my goal of only gaining a half inch of girth not being that big of a goal I find myself asking if its worth all the work. In my mind I say yes its worth it but its hard to keep the motivation up becauae of the amount of time this takes.

So anyways I’m trying to work through this, break through, do this for me and make it to 6 months of PE to reasses at that point.

Any pointers or motivation?

Also a follow up queston. My girth at the top is 4.5, mid is 4.75 and at the base its 4.95 is there any way to even out the shaft or is this genetics ?

Maybe this is all just semantics, but I’m not sure what you mean. You say you’ve been at it a month, yet this is where you “usually” quit. In such a short time period, how is this possible? Do you mean that you usually quit things (anything) by this point? Exercise, etc. that type of stuff?

Only you can motivate yourself….I find motivation in the other people here who stuck it out for years and made serious gains I also find motivation in my progress report as it shows how far I’ve come not just in gains but in mentality. I find jelqing helps me cut down on masturbation which makes me stronger in the sack. I love the sight of rock hard penis in the morning I love the fact I’m aging but my penis is in its prime and is getting stronger and stronger.

First of all, congrats on making it to a month! That is something that not a lot of people get to say!

To answer your question, finding motivation for literally anything in life comes down to the reasons you have to do that activity and you need to be constantly talking about all the reasons TO do it on a regular basis and when you think of reasons not to do something, do not fight them. Simply accept that they are thoughts that hold no validity and let them pass.

I would recommend that every morning shortly after you wake up, you write one or two paragraphs on a piece of paper listing out all the reasons that you want to gain that girth, or anything else you want to accomplish. As a business owner I do this every morning for a few things, not PE, and it works amazing. People think I am crazy because my motivation is unwavering. Just had my head designer leave the company setting me back at least 2 months. My reaction? Start again. Try again. Push forward again. I do this without hesitation or getting down because I have endless reasons to build my company and have attached MASSIVE pleasure to the idea of having my own company.

Attaching massive pleasure to the end goal, in your case a certain penis size, is the idea behind all the reasons why also known as “why power” by Tony Robbins. Write out all the amazing things that will come as a result of you gaining that bigger penis every morning and you will never even think about motivation again because it will be unwavering.

Thanks these posts did help, to answer the first reply, it’s usually the period where I quit anything I try, one month. But recently I started working out about a year ago and I was able to break that chain and now I’m in the best shape of my life, so I feel I can keep going with this as well. And one thing I need to remember is that just doing the newbie routine has improved my sex life already so I’ll keep that in the back of my mind

I like to think of PE as a boring, repetitive, task that I do regularly, (and do well) that will give me something great that I want in the future.

About as exciting as saving for retirement…. But we’ll worth having… Big dick retirement.

And then on top of that framework I find joy in carrying out the work well… knowing what I’m doing….with the goal of stressing the tissues of my cock that will make it grow in the way I want.

There is no “motivation” any more. I just do it. I’m a PE practicioner. I’m an investor… I’m a lifelong Learner.

Then I’m guessing you need to address some life management issues, if you have a tendency to shut down after a couple of weeks of anything. In other words, this is a larger issue than PE. Like kavemonster says, it’s boring and repetitive. You may have been seduced by those first couple of weeks and those initial gains. But it’s the boring/repetitive nature that you need to work hard to overcome.

There’s an old saying:”Effort equals results”. And like one of the gurus here, HoustonWoods, likes to say: ” you have to make time for this fellas.”

If you want it badly enough, you’ll stay with it.

I signed them up for volleyball and they never played at home or the park. I signed them up for singing and dancing and they do it everywhere they go. I keep paying for that because they love it. If you don’t love it you won’t keep it up. If your gains haven’t made you LOVE what PE can do then it’s just not your thing. And that’s OK. Me? I’m gonna yank this thing til I think it’s huge! A big dick was the only thing my life was missing and it’s made me happier being halfway there.

I’m glad you put that last sentence in there, I almost feel the same way. Has anyone ever felt selfish or told themselves well this is the way I was created so I should just accept that? I used to think that way, but I have changed my views and if there is anything that I can safely do to improve my confidence and self image I will do it
