This routine is working great. FOR ME
Hello everyone. I have done PE on and off for about 2 months. I haven’t ever really made a commitment to anything, but in the past 2 weeks I got myself a cable clamp and made a captains wench, and let me say these two go great together in my opinion. In the past two weeks I have gained 1/8th inch in length and CLOSE to a 1/4 inch in girth putting me a little above 6 inches in girth and about 7 1/2 NBEL. These could possibly be newbie gains and I have a very strong feeling that the girth gain will only last a few of days if I quit cold turkey. Also I am extremely careful with clamping!! I fit it SNUG around the base of my penis, and not tight at all. Then I proceed to LIGHTLY jelq. The clamp works wonders at keeping your penis nice and plump. Here’s how my routine works in a weeks time.
Monday- hanging:10 min/10lbs———Clamp lightly and jelq 5 to 6 min
Tuesday- hanging: 10 min/10lbs————-Clamp lightly and jelq 5 to 6 min
Wenesday-REST
Thursday- hanging: 10 min/10lbs————-Clamp lightly and jelq 5 to 6 min
Friday- hanging: 5 min/10lbs————Clamp lightly and jelq 5 min or less
(On Friday my penis can be somewhat fatigued and I like to go somewhat light in intensity to prevent injury)
Saturday-REST
Sunday- hanging 5 min/10lbs———-Clamp lightly and jelq 5 min
You have to be very cautious with this routine because it would be extremely easy to injure your penis but with common sense it is VERY effective.at least for me.I am also taking L-arganine (3000 mg) and Ginkgo Biloba (240 mg)
