There you are … you already answered your question.
There are posts of people that gained 0 with 1000+h … there are posts of people that gained 3cm with 1000+h.
Unfortutately every person gains with different rates and its a lot more complicated that just that.
You may do extending and gain 0 and you may do hanging and gain 2cm. And the opposite.
Also you may extend 12h per day and gain 0 and u may start a manual stretching program of 15 mins and gain big time.
If you want to tell you my story about extending… I started with only 400-500grams of tension for 4h/day and 5-6days/week and in only 260h I gained 0,5cm length and a lot bigger glans from all this time under ballooned glans strapping.
Then I though that I should up the tension in order to spark more gains and I went to 650grams then to 900grams then to 1200grams for a total of additional 1000h and I gained zero…
In my case the less tension the better and the less hour the better (3-4h per day).
Using more volume and/or more intensity was giving me a turtled flaccid which resulted in no gains….
This is why your question can not be answered…
Every one is so different in the response of intensity/vol/frequency that if you will not find your personal sweet growth spot you will not gain much.
In my 2 consecutive years of PE what I have finally realized all of the times is that if my Pis are not super good I am not gaining anything.
Also when I don t care about my Pis and not taking rest days and using big vol/int … I am ending up losing size.
Its a game that you have to figure out on your own with trials and errors.
