Thoughts on my new routine? Help
I got into PE at the start of February and started out with a simple extender. I tried to use it as much as I had time for and gained 0.4 inch or 1 cm in about 4 months. About a month ago I started using bathmate for about 5-15 minutes per day and have gained nothing. Just a week ago I got a air-pump which feels amazing and I use it for 10-30 minutes then I use the bathmate for 8-10 minutes. The sessions have been amazing and I believe bathmate will give more when you’ve done stretch/hanging/air-pump before.
My new schedule:
First day: Stretcher 1-3 hours and then air-pump 10 minutes and bathmate 10 minutes.
Second day: Light hanging 2-5 pounds for 30-90 minutes then air-pump 30 minutes and bathmate 5-10 minutes.
Third day: Rest-day.
I will be adjusting my schedule and the rest-days depending on how my EQ feels and how I’m recovering. I feel like the air-pump stretches the penis more and I can use it longer. The bathmate however is putting so much stress on the penis but I believe it might give the girth I want. I stopped using my extender since it’s to short and won’t give the stretch I want/need but I will try to use it now.
