Three Months In

A brief introduction.

I am 42 years old and I have never been particularly worried about the size of my penis. I have on a few occasions in the past ended up on one of these sites and was intrigued, but never took any action.

For whatever reason this time I did start taking action and now I am fully immersed in PE.

Anyway my routine consists of basic stretches done twice a day. Each stretch is held with high intensity for 60 seconds. I usually do one round of stretching during my workout (I stretch in between workout sets). I do the other at work (I have a private office). The total stretched time is about 15 minutes.

I added the bath-mate X30 about 2 months ago. My routine with it is normally the following:
3-5 minutes at medium pressure while showering.
50 Jelqs.
5 minutes bath-mate (erect). During these 5 minutes I do an out, and up and a downward stretch [plus I kegel about 50 times between each stretch.

5 minutes bathmate (erect). During these 5 minutes I do an out, and up and a downward stretch [plus I kegel about 50 times between each stretch.
100 Jelqs
Sometimes I edge for 3-15 minutes if I have time.

I added in many fowfer sets, probably 2-6 per day, for a total fowfer time of 0.5 - 3 hours (I am doing a fowfer as I type this).

I normally do all of this 5 days a week and take off the weekend.

The results have been astounding so far. I have gone from BPEL of 6.10 to 7.32 and MEG of 5.2 to 5.51. The initial measurements were conservative, but the recent one were also. I am guessing this measurement bias could account for 1/4 inch of length and a tiny amount of girth, but certainly not the entire amount. I am also quite confident that my next measurement at the beginning of May will continue the gains. These gains are also shown in the bathmate scale, I begin reaching about 16.5 cm and now I can go well past 18 cm.

A few other points. I am doing aggressive alternate day fasting. I have lost about 30 pounds doing this and perhaps the chemistry of fasting could contribute to PE. Perhaps I will discuss this more in an other post in the future.

Finally, the bathmate. On a few occassions, I have come out of the bathmate with a fair number of red dots and discoloration. This occurs mostly on Mondays (after 2 days off) and when I do the initial set flaccid. It seems the more erect you are the less these problems occur. This week, I twice entered the bathmate fully erect, watched porn, pumped to near max and stayed in the pump for 20-30 minutes. On both occasions I had no skin issues and no donut. This morning, my base girth had completely filled the comfort sleeve and it was stuck on when I removed the bathmate.

Good for you for joining, staying persistent and for gaining. I too was like you 3 years ago, I went all in on the Bathmate and got unbelievable TEMP gains. I also used an extender which only gave me fluid build up and a blue head. I wish I had stuck to it and figured it out a little better but it just became more annoying then anything else.

Anyway the point I was getting to is I would put away the bathmate and get a pump with a gauge. The pressure in the bathmate is far too high and can hinder future gains. I believe this is why I’ve had a hard time gaining length. Now a days I’ll only use the BM if privacy is an issue.

I am torn about whether the bath-mate is good or not. I think I will continue with it, but I am only going in fully erect.

My plan is to manual stretch for as long as results come and then consider more advanced length exercises like hanging.

Crazy good gains man. Funny that you mentioned the part with fasting, i fast too and have considered how the spikes in test and hgh could and should have a positive impact for PE.
