Hi, I’m sorry for still boring you, but I’d like to know what do you think about my new state. I have seen that my dick is now most of the time soft when flaccid, but my EQ and glans haven’t improoved: If I try to masturbate, I can hold a 90-95% erections only if I consistently touch my dick and I tense my pf unconsciously and consciously with the feeling of some spasms in the PF.I’d like to know if you think my PF could have become too much relaxed and in this case if I should start Kegels again and how many of them do you advise me to do; or I should wait some days without Pf stretching and Reverse Kegels to watch if my EQ will be better.
I’m trying to not ejaculate to be more horny and I’m on the third day today

I’m starting to think that my tense PF could be just one part of my problems: I think I could also have my prostate inflamed, I think this because I experienced some pain in the urethra, some irregular urine flow and irregular ejaculations. Visiting an urologist to check your prostate health is the best way to go.

I can answer questions about PF tension but I don t know anything about prostate.

Hi, I haven’t still been to an urologist( I’m going to be visited by a very good urologist beetween 2 weeks), but I did some exams like: urinalysis , blood and prostate echografy and I’m waiting for sperm results. All exams suggest my prostate health is good, so I’m going on with PF relaxation. I’d like to know, based on your experience, if the new state of my dick can be regarded as the step before the recovery: my dick is no more hard when flaccid: it’s soft, but it feels like it’s made of plastic and I’m still having a deflated glans

In my case the plastic feeling flaccid was a matter of over tensed PF.
If you are no longer doing kegels and you keep doing PF relaxation techniques and your PF is not relaxed then…..Its all in your mind…
Meaning that your mind is not free from worries so it is tensing your PF.

Some people when they are anxious … this anxiety “hits” their stomac.
Some people when they are anxnious ….this anxiety “hits” their head(headache).
Some people when they are anxious… this anxiety hits their PF

Hi, I have one more boring question: I’d like to know if you ever also experienced pain in the part of the

Urethra just behind the glans. I’m thinking this could be related to my smaller glans caused by the PF tension and the fact that for this reason the urethra there stays shorter and compressed.

I always massage and roll to get the blood flowing and to loosen up the tissue without further damage. Go easy, but I’ve always found that getting blood circulation going is key to healing and gains.
