ONLY when your mind will be free of anxiety your PF will relax and you ll have your old 100% working dick.
No matter how many Rks and PF stretching you do.. If there is mental stress , it is canceling all of your efforts to make it relax.In fact , even without doing anything and just relax your mind.. The PF will be relaxed.
Hi, I’m sorry for still boring you, but I’d like to know what do you think about my new state. I have seen that my dick is now most of the time soft when flaccid, but my EQ and glans haven’t improoved: If I try to masturbate, I can hold a 90-95% erections only if I consistently touch my dick and I tense my pf unconsciously and consciously with the feeling of some spasms in the PF.I’d like to know if you think my PF could have become too much relaxed and in this case if I should start Kegels again and how many of them do you advise me to do; or I should wait some days without Pf stretching and Reverse Kegels to watch if my EQ will be better.
