Tiny red dots

These red dots on my glans after my workout. Pretty sure its normal but my girlfriend is freaking out about them and having sex so I’m here to get some sort of conformation on it.

Burst capillaries, blood made it to the outer layers of your skin. Use less pressure in your routine

You can try heating and massaging them away with light jelqing, fire goat rolls

Or take a break from PE which normally resolves around a week if it hasn’t turned into a bruise which could take longer

Edit :bruises turn to discolouration, intil the inner layer of skin reaches the outer layer, that takes longer to heal from

I used to do clamping. You can somewhat control where the pressure is during clamping.

If you squeeze the glans while clamping or gripping, then release the glans before squeezing harder or jelqing, there will be less pressure in the glans than the CC. Anatomically it doesn’t make sense because the CC, glans, and CS are connected by valveless vascular tissue (I think), but it is visually apparent that this works, at least for me, since the head doesn’t even have to fully inflate while putting tremendous pressure into the CC.
