DAMN, PE does work.
Occasionally when I find myself aroused(which btw comes much easier since I started pe) like when I’m speaking to females about the weather, editing my future trina avatar for Thunder’s, or watching the grass grow, there IS a NOTICEABLE difference.
As I focus on what said female is saying, I let my eyes wander from hers as far as her lips, and I momentarily study the way her lips part as she speaks and my mind momentarily wanders to what else could part her lips..
Not to mention no matter what PE can make any day better because all you have to do whenever you experience something negative is remember “Hold up what am I complaining about, my dick is bigger than it was YESTERDAY”. I guarantee if you can bring this thought up you’ll at least smile inside.
Either way I’ve dialed in on a routine after a couple weeks of experimentation:
Stretch Only Day
5 min warm up with 150w heat lamp
20 min of stretching - manual[up/down/left/right/1min each] jai stretch[3min of 3sec/inhale stretch/exhale relax] v-stretch[base/middle/upper glans w/ screwdriver 1 min each] cycled twice
5 min warm down
Stretch/ Jelq
5 min warm up “”
10 min of stretch “” cycled once
20 min of jelqing trying to maintain 60-70% erection
5 min warm down

As a side note I’m black. Have read a few posts regarding size/race relations. I’m hypothesizing that a lot of the big dick myth comes from a generalized demeanor associated with black men who can posses extreme sexual confidence/technique, which was written off as penis size.
