My routine
Strict 2 times a week ejaculation , I believe it’s helped in all my gains.
Daily fish oil and saw palmetto
I alternate days. Between hanging and having a protein shake after muscle building my arms and chest. If I’m not in the mood to hang I workout and vis versa.
Always use a space heater for warmup and do ligs and tunica hangs. Rewraping is key. I do three 10min 10lbs sets.
About to add a pump with gauge to my routine untill then I just do 5 sets of clamping. Also ADH I use regular weights now but need to get some monty ones.
So far I’ve gained .5in EL in past 20 or 30 routines, off and on. My flacid hang is obviously bigger, stronger erections, thickness is still coming, I don’t believe in measuring BPEL , it’s just cheating.
Starting Stats: 6x5.25. Now 6.5x5.5 Goal 7x6 (w/o bp)
