I can’t seem to find an answer to this. I took a deconditioning break about 2 years ago because my penis became very hard while in its flaccid state. I figured it just needed some rest. This was after foolishly doing a routine that involved the bath mate and size genetics extender as well as manual work. Throughout my break, I still masturbated frequently as well as had sex regularly with my girlfriend. Even after 2 years of no PE, this problem persists. We broke up about a month and a half ago, and I’ve only masturbated a couple of times since then, just trying to leave it alone in an attempt to let it get soft again.

I’m 27 years old, just started lifting weights and doing a little bit of cardio every week. I don’t smoke, and I haven’t used any drugs or drank in about 8 months. I don’t take any prescription or over-the-counter medications. The only supplement I’ve been using is whey protein. I do suffer from depression, and the last couple months I have been pretty stressed out due to family issues.

It normally becomes firm if I ejaculate or touch it too much, but then it’ll be fine and soft at certain points in the day. So my question is, how can you tell if this is the actual hard flaccid caused by pelvic floor tension, or if it’s the tissues in my penis becoming tough from doing too much as a newbie in the beginning when I started 2 years ago? I also have trouble urinating, and feel a constant urge to urinate usually. I just want to know the answer because if there’s a way to tell if my tissues aren’t too tough, I want to start PE again and do it the right way this time.

Hmm ,hard to say exactly what could have caused that. All I can do is tell you that I , years ago, got a penis like you’ve described only I got ED as well after wearing a Jes extender.

It was a noose style one without any comfort solutions so I never really got anything out of it besides a firm flaccid and zero erections for nearly 6 months straight. Yepp, it scared me a bit to say the least.

But you’ve got comfort solutions on your extender which I’ve got too on my new extender so it doesn’t sound like you did what I did many years ago. You may just have gotten way too eager.

Maybe try massaging it gently, like rolling your flaccid between your hands and see if it helps in loosening up the tissue. It’s the only advice I can think of+ maybe even warm it up before starting to massage as that might help in softening and loosening up the fibres.

Stats as of now: 20 cm BPEL/ 14 cm GIRTH. Started out at: 16 cm BPEL/ 11.8 cm GIRTH.

Everything you described, I am experiencing right now. I also do have very very hard flaccid most of the time, however, as you said, at certain point in a day he can be really soft. So basicaly, this is stopping us from performing stretching exercises in a best manner, since it is really hard to stretch. I do not think something particulary is cause of this matter, I believe we are born that way and we might be “slow gainers” ( it is just my opinion ). No matter how hard you were doing routine before, 2 years is more than enough to decondition, but I was in this state for as long as I know, even before PE.

For the urinating part, I never had any problems, I was able to hold and control urge for hours after the first urge pops up, with ease. Recently I am experiencing issues where I am having urge more often, urge that I cannot control that good anymore. I believe this is cause with kegels exercises. I have a link where they say kegels are actually dangerous for the healthy man, it can cause prostate problem, and I have opened thread for this matter but didn’t had much answers.

Yeah I really wish there was some way to tell whether it’s the traditional pelvic floor type of hard flaccid, or it’s over training, and masturbating and having sex over the past two years prevented it from returning to a more unconditioned state. I honestly don’t care that my flaccid is hard, I just want to make sure I can max out whatever newbie gains I can get with an unconditioned dick. I did gain about 1/4-3/8 of an inch BPEL and maybe 0.1-0.2 inches mid shaft erect girth. Also, I want to have sex. I’ve just been putting that off in hopes that it will help this heal.

So did your dick completely go back to a softer, flaccid state after those 6 months? Also, during those 6 months did you masturbate, have sex, edge, or do any PE at all?
