To gain or not to gain

I was reading a thread from a couple years back talking about how PE doesn’t work for most people. I wonder why that is. I mean when you search for an internal diagram of a penis, it shows the exact same tissues and fibers that represent the penis no matter what picture you are looking at. So if some people can gain, then why can’t others? I have been PEing for a little over a month now with no gains, and don’t understand why some people gain a half inch in length within their first month, if my penis is made up of the same tissues and I haven’t gained a millimeter.

I just want other PEers to know that I’m a huge supporter when it comes to the idea of PE, and Thunders, and won’t stop trying myself until I’ve exhausted all options.

My problem is that I can’t wrap my head around the idea that some people have the inate and random ability to gain whilst others PE for years and drive themselves crazy not gaining at all. It’s one thing to have penile insecurities, but it’s a whole other issue when you spend countless hours reading, researching and exercising to absolutely no avail.

Vets why do you think some people don’t have this ability to enlarge their units?

Well, it’s just the same for working out your body, some people will grow into beasts, while others will never be able to get too big or get cut. But it’s only maybe half genetics and half lacking the true desire and drive that the successful people have. But, um, don’t fret after the first month. Plenty of people are in the same boat, but most will give up after just a few months because they aren’t cut out for PE as a lifestyle change.

You have to try it yourself to know the group that you belong to. I think that half an inch in one month is not practically possible. The month period can be considered as a worm up period, rather that a real gain period.

Maybe some guys can gain more than others, I’m not certainly sure, but I think hard work and the knowledge about what is best for you is the secret for a successful PEing.

I agree with you James if you look at it like muscle building, but that is muscle building. Some people do have the genetic ability to build more muscle than others, but the penis barely has any muscle in it whatsoever. It does but from what I can tell penis are probably less than 20% muscle.

I wouldn’t say that I am discouraged, but I am a little frustrated with the fact that I haven’t experienced any sort of gain. I started PE because my girlfriend made comments about her ex, and so on and on and on. Same reason as most people, from what I read around here. I have the determination, that’s not the problem. My only skepticism, is that I’m going to put all of my heart, time, and energy into something that 66.33% people are unable to do.

I have no idea how some people can gain within a short period of time. Maybe they really do, maybe they don’t. I’ve been exercising for over a year and haven’t gained anything, however.. I don’t want to give up. I’ve been given advice since I joined Thunders last week, I’ve been reading about PE, the anatomy of the penis and theories. I’ve altered the way I exercised and can’t wait for three months to be over. Will I have gained? Time will tell. Will I give up if I haven’t? No way dude. I was about to quit last week after the one year of doing my routine every other day, I probably got tired of reading about all the great results many guys achieved, all of them but me.

If we are to succeed, we must not give up. Some guys may gain inches in months, some may not or even gain nothing. I for one will seek out all there is to know. If all knowledge has been acquired (and there is a lot of it) and put to the test without result, only then will I stop.

Time, patience and tenacity are the essence, for most of us.

Kine, what did you do ‘wrong’ or better said, what are you doing differently now opposed to the year of PEing without result?

I used to warm up, stretch for 5 to 10 minutes, jelq 400 strokes and warm down every other day. Marinera advised me to concentrate on V and A stretches (tunica), jelqs and clamping 2/on 1/off. So thats what I’m doing for about one week now and will keep on doing for a period of three months.

How about you ICANdothis? Any gains and/or changes in exercise?

So basicly you did the newb routine with no gains.

Only been into this 6 weeks. I’m following the newb routine for as long as I see gains. But I can’t help but experiment once in a while.
So far I think I have some gains (1/4" EL - 1/8 EG) but I will discard these gains for now even if they are valid.

Correct, one year, no gains. I have noticed flaccid gains since I started my new routine last week however. Couldn’t believe it at first, after one week!

But it really happened. I need increase in EL and EG though so I won’t get to enthusiastic about it. It’s very nice however, it’s getting colder this time of year and my penis used to get much smaller, now it doesn’t (Whoopie!).

Read the thread dlm4, interesting but to soon for me to reply on. My new workout needs time. (Three months to see if it has results, my g*d!, feels like forever).

Most are not ready to dedicate 1 year or more to get good gains.

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

Agreed mrlength, and I truly and sincerely hope that the ones who are, do indeed gain.
