To much sex hinder gains

Hey, just curious but my girlfriend and I have sex about 2-3 times a day (nothing to do up at college but screw) and I was wondering will this hinder my gains in PEing at all?? I read up on masturbation and how that will hinder your gains, and how some recommend waiting 4 hours after PE before you masturbate so I have been going by that, but for sex.

Won’t bother gains at all. The only reason you shouldn’t have sex or masturbate before PE is that it will be harder to maintain the percentage of erection that you want.

Maybe this question comes up all the time because adging does seem to work, leading to the erroneous deduction that ejaculation is the oppposite and has an opposite effect.

I’m a little confused about this. Ejaculating very often hinders gains because you lose proteins and other substances you need in order to grow? If so, what about precum? Don’t you lose something that way too?

I don’t believe all that shit about ejaculation hindering gains. I have sex a couple of hours after PEing and I have had sex just after PEing. I don’t have any concrete evidence that it does hinder gains. I have often thought that if I would have refrained from sex after PEing, would I be bigger than I am now? But then again, sex is fun. PE should never be something from keeping you from having fun. Dude, you have sex 2-3 times a day, shit man, some here would kill to be in your shoes. A lot of guys here get that every 2 months. Fuck it dude, enjoy life and continue to PE. Like Dino stated try edging with her, or better yet, let her edge you. Rock on brother.
