Too early to PE
Hi, first post and quite the newbie.
Basic info and stats:
Just turned 18
BPEL: 7”
EL: 6.5”
EG: 5.25”
FL: 4.5”
BPFSL: 6”
The numbers are rounded (mostly up) to 0.25” because they were converted from centimeters.
I’m just wondering if I should start, still living with parents and it seems hard to be able to do hour-long workouts or order clamps without any notice.
Also, I’m a pretty late bloomer, so I was wondering if this could damage the, otherwise, natural gains I might make before 20.
But if I were to start my goals would probably be:
EL: 7”+
EG: 6”
FL: 5,5”
