Vet’s response please. I was wondering if it was smart if ,I start off my routine hanging. Then use a vacuum extender then air pump then use an ADS. Or is that kinda overkill ?

Overkill. Start with the newbie routine.

If you start doing loads of different things you will never know which works and which doesn’t. I would only do one exercise for length at a time to see how affective it is. Then add or change it up as necessary.

Just start from the newbie routine. Give it a shot for three months. Learn to know what it feels like to PEing and then move on.
I started with devices right away and injured myself.
Probably not the best choice.

Make yourself a favor and start easy.
