Hey guys, I’ve been Peing for 2.5-3 months now and I think I’ve gained about an inch in length, from 5 inches to maybe 6 inches. My penis has a slight upward curve and it is about 5.75 with a straight ruler, 6 inches is just an estimate. I have seen practically no girth gains in this time, infact I have baseball bat shaped penis and my base looks smaller now that it did before. I’m not sure if my base actually got smaller, or the extra length makes it seem smaller.

I primarily jelq, do flaccid stretches A and V, and throw in a few bundled stretches. My goal is to have a 7 X 5.25 penis, but It looks like my penis won’t let me reach that. I really don’t want a 7 inch penis with small girth, it is probably going to be worse for sex than a 6 inch penis with a similar girth. I know I can hit 7 inches with enough dedication, but I do not want a longish skinny penis.

Can anyone help me reorientate my program to focus more on girth? Like I said, I don’t want a long skinny penis, it is all about right proportions for me. Infact, I don’t really want to gain more length until I can sort out my girth gains. Thanks

First thing, any gains is a bless. Second, there isn’t much you can do about; when your length gains will top, your penis will start gaining girth.

From what I have read the conventional wisdom is that you should work on your length before girth if you want any length at all. I have gained a little more than an inch in length since I started and have recently began gearing my workouts toward girth. My workout is as follows:
Twice a day
5 minute warm up with hot washcloth
Bundled stretches straight out and down twisting in both directions (total of 4 stretches) 45 seconds each
2 more minutes hot wash cloth wrap
50 jelqs, every tenth jelq I kegel as much blood as possible in and jelq very slowly(about 10 seconds)
2 minutes hot washcloth
Bundled stretches(again in the same fashion)
5 minutes cool washcloth as a cool down
(I omitted the O-bends in my routine here because they are more advanced and they could potentially lead to injury if you are not comfortable enough with exercising your unit)

After this I do a varying number of O-bends but since you are a newbie I suggest not to try them yet. I believe doing the jelqs slowly with the blood kegeled in helps me lot with girth. Honestly the girth is possible but in my opinion a little more length is never a bad thing. Without the O-bends just doing normal jelquing with the blood kegeled every tenth rep I had gained about .75 inches length and .25 in girth before I added the O-bends. Don’t rush into anything but after you’ve accommodated yourself to the higher pressure with the kegeled blood you will always be able to try the o-bends later. I think it is best to go slowly so you don’t injure yourself. Good luck and a safe journey to you.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes I am quite happy with my gains, my penis looks quite long and my short stature. It looks bigger than it is lol. Well, if I get to 6.5 inches and STILL stay at 4.2ish girth, then I’ll just focus on girth.

Hey Hugh congrats on the gains, could you describe your routine & frequency/consistency, as well as the erection level you’ve been at during your jelq sessions?

So you gained almost 2,6 cm and you are unhappy? I wish i had gained that much in 3 months :) .

Today : BPEL 14.3 ,MSEG 14 BEG 14.5

I m actually focused solely on length right now.

Many believe in the Rubber band theiry, as do I. The thicker something is, the harder to stretch it.

My girth is an issue now as I notice length coming in…

FWIW, I’m not subscribing to any rubber band theory so I like do some length and girth together. During the conditioning phase, I had ~1/2” of newbie length gains but no real girth gains and started thinking that I might be a hard girth gainer. After a few months of squeezes, I started to notice some girth gains. Then flaccid bends and supra slammers produced some real measurable girth gains. I was so excited that I stopped stretching and my length didn’t change. I haven’t had much PE time this last month, but if and when I have time I like to do some combination of manual stretching, jelqs, flaccid bends and supra slammers.

I can’t give you a good answer that you will probably like. Frequency is just done by feel and length of exercise is just done by feel. If it feels a bit too sore, I’ll rest. My workouts last around 20 minutes, I do it while taking a hot shower and I do not cool down.

1) Stretch in random directions, sometimes I’ll do some V, A, and bundled stretches.
2) Jelq, but I don’t count reps, EQ is under 80%
3) Stretch again

My diet consists of the following: Approx 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass (doesn’t include fat), lots of fruits, L- Arginine 5-6g (it might help increase blood flow, might increase HGH, might help with gains), and 500-1g of flush Naicin at night.

I wonder if PEing while I take a hot shower aids in my gains. The heat might make the penis more flexible. Most people warm up, but the shower allows you to keep your unit constantly very warm. Also, hot showers can increase overall blood flow in the body.

Furthermore, I’m 18. Being younger probably helps with gains.

I’m not unhappy with the gains. Infact I am very happy. But the problem lies in my future PE.

7 X 4.2 is probably worse than 6 X 4.2 for sex. At 6 it is much more comfortable for your partner when you go ALL in. At 7 your partner may feel more pleasure, but with most people girth is a bigger factor. I will not be able to go as deep as with a 6 incher. Keep in mind, I’m 18 so the females at this age are a bit tighter.

This is my testimony. I first started screwing around with jelqing back in November using lube and a 3/4” id O-Ring that I ran up and down my dick until I’d ejaculate from it. I did this 2-3 times a week and then one day in March I was fucking my wife and she said something odd that she has never said before. “You fill me so full”! And I decided then and there I needed to measure my dick as I felt like it had been growing. It had grown in girth and a little in length. I immediately signed onto Thunder’s and started learning to do jelqing properly and measuring every month with my routine and workouts documented on the member pic forum. My cock is much thicker today and I have recently moved back to the O-Ring to document any gains I get from it. I believe and hope that it will give me more girth than length. I can’t fit a 3/4” id anymore and the 1” is tight enough that (200) is tiring on my dick. Most of the work is with 1-1/8” id and it still feels tighter than when I started with the 3/4” id. If anyone is interested I think the 3/16” cross section is easier to work than the 1/8” I started with. Use shortening or vaseline or another good heavy lube so you don’t squeegee it off your skin. I haven’t chaffed my skin yet and I do plenty of reps. Good luck to you in whatever you choose to try.

I want length gains too I have a 5.25 of girth so girth is not giving me problems at the moment but the length I’m 6 and I want to get to the 7 inches or more. But I know I will get there. I wish I could gain that much as you did in 3 months that would make my fly of happiness haha.
