Took A Weekend Away And I Fear For My Gains
Hi gents,
I’ve skimmed a few threads, but couldn’t find an exact match. There probably is one out there, but it’s probably older and could use an update. So I took a weekend holiday this week and won’t be home until Tuesday. My rest day was the Thursday we came out. So it’d basically be 4 days without any PE. I use an ADS and a basic Jelqing routine to get started in the morning. Should I be concerned, or should my gains be safe? Depending in what i read and where, anywhere from 3 days to a week off won’t have any affect on gains. Any thoughts? Cheers in advance.
