Total Man Routine
I’m sure this has been covered elsewhere, but has anyone had any personal experience with the Total Man Routine?
I bought the Total Man Compression Hanger about two months ago, and started my PE journey. I have been following the free 12-week program as best as I can, and I have seen modest results.
For the most part, my routine consist of doing multiple compression sets for 15 minutes with jelging in between. After my sets, I spend 5-8 hours in an ADS (usually while I am at work). I also do a quick 5 minute pumping session in the shower while getting ready for the day.
I plan on finishing the routine ( 4 weeks left) but after that, I have no idea on what to do next. I am looking to get the length gains first, then try to focus on adding girth.
Is this a good routine? Any suggestions?
