Hi everyone, I’ve been interested in PE for a long time (looong time, more than a year probably :D ) but never done anything cause I’m to frikkin lazy.

I plan on starting full blown now, in conjunction with a few ebooks I have ;) so no procrastinating anymore.

Soon ill upload stats and stuff, altho I have no idea where to start no what routine would be for me :S

PS: I’m around 5” EL and plan to get to atleast 6”EL by December, wish me luck.

And kudos on the site, it’s kicks massive ass ;)

Welcome Mr. Heart. I am also a huge procrastinator but once you get into PE and start doing it consistently you will look forward to it every day and your rest days will be hell. It gets better when you start customizing your routine to your needs. Just jump in head first and don’t get discouraged if you don’t see immediate gains.

And I completely agree with you about Thunder’s, this is the best place on the net today. Aside from the fact you get information that could make your dick bigger, you can have good conversation with people without the fear of trolls or being harassed. I love it here and you will too.

“I am lazy and a procrastinator” is not a self diagnosis, it is a self fullfilling prophesy, and an excuse.

Don’t define what you “are”, especially in negative terms. Focus on what you do, or don’t do.

Once you know you are lazy, you have a built in explanation and understanding for all future failings in your life. That’s way too easy.

Regardless of what you think you are, you will either achieve your goals, or you won’t, and you are the one who will decide.

I know that it can be tough staying with a routine, let me tell you what helped me… Doing my jelqing in the shower. I applied shampoo into my hair and made it all foamy, and then I would just jelq with the foam, and you can warm up before in the shower. I use the foam because if I don’t make it all foamy, I think that it would iritate your skin, but its working fine for me all foamy. Good luck though.

I’ve known about PE in general since 2001, was a member here for many months before committing to a newbie program, and then later let my program degenerate into occasionally putting a cable clamp on while I masturbated. So you’re not the only “procrastinator” here. I could come up with reasons why it happened that way, a few of them even semi-legitimate, but like mravg says, ultimately it’s a bunch of excuses. It’s all about your list of priorities. I’m finally back on track and dedicated to making some gains.

Start with the newbie program today. Until you do, every day that passes is a wasted opportunity. After the newbie period is over, have a structured plan for what you’re going to do next (something I failed to do). Accept that this stuff takes time to learn, and never give up on the basic exercises of jelqing and stretching.
