Towel lifts

Towel lifts are my favorite thing for strengthening my erections. When I don’t do them for a week or two I have a noticeable loss of erection strength. I have noticed that they kind of make my ligs sore as well. Does this happen to anyone else??

P.S. For those who don’t know how to do towel raises
1. Get as wooded up as you can
2. Put a towel on the end of ur p
3. Do kegels and lift the towel up and down like you’re lifting weights
4. I do 4 or 5 sets of 25

Is it a good newbie kegel-exercise? Do you do em in addition to ordinary kegels?

Nothing wrong with them - just make sure that you don’t overdo things. The BC muscles are regular muscles and need 40 hours to rest after a workout, or whatever the optimum is. Full fatigue every day = no progress.

So as usual, try out easy and add as you go along.

This reminds me I should start doing these again. One tip (as I describe here: Ike - harder erections!!):

Try putting a finger on the underside of your shaft to serve as a “spotter” for your lifts. As you place the finger in different spots — from down next to the scrotum along up towards the glans — you’ll find the lifts contracting your muscles in slightly different ways. This helped me become better able to “flex” my erection, so that when I concentrate I can push blood into it and make it very hard. I can concentrate on driving blood all the way into the head and my glans will get a nice mushroom shape.

I do them after I jelq on Mon, Wed and Fridays, then I do another set on Sat or Sun. They work better than kegels to me.

I guess I should do them 3 days a week instead. I think they kind of put some resistance on your ligs as well, so if I do them after I stretch, my ligs get more fatigued. That’s my theory at least.
