So I have been doing the newbie routine for about a month now. My girth gains are through the roof. Added 3/4” from base to glands. Wife loves/hates it, sore all the time but she can’t stop coming back for more. I love/hate it as well. Blow jobs involve a lot more teeth now and she complains her jaw hurts more often than not, so my oral satisfaction is becoming less frequent and more painful all while being shorter. Fucked up trio right lol. I have yet to get length gains, which is my PRIMARY focus. I can not gain another centimeter in girth and I would be fine. I also have a thick cord like ligament running down the middle of my penis. I read that can hinder length gains. I don’t want to continue to jelq if I continue to gain only girth. Pretty soon I won’t be able to have sex with my wife. Any ideas, techniques or advice for a newbie? Anything is appreciated.

I think you should try hanging, this is what I am focusing on right now and then (after a year or so) I’ll go to jelqing and other girth routines with a goal much bellow your girth is now.

I do a five minute warm up with warm water. I jelq sitting down on the edge of my toilet but it can be done anywhere. I do 200 jelqs at about 90% erection. But I alternate. One overhand jelq and one underhand. The overhand jelq I pull down and the underhand I pull up towards my navel. After that I notice the donuts effect and the tip of my penis is engorged with blood. That’s how I know I put enough pressure on it. Next I get my dick hard, do a kegel and squeeze the base of my dick and hold it for thirty seconds and repeat for ten minutes. Its worked wonders for me. Hope it does the same for you guys. I’ve been at if for a month now, no rest days. I take a hot bath at the end of the night to warm up and massage my dick.
