You should probably see a physician.
There are many different things that could cause these kinds of symptoms, some more serious than others, and some that could be remedied.
Being able to listen to your heart and lungs under resting and stress testing conditions would narrow down the possible causes with further diagnostics that could confirm what the exact issue is.
Outside of issues immediately related to the heart, there is also a range of peripheral arterial/vascular disease that could cause this, some of which could probably be alleviated by just regular exercise or cold and hot water dips. The human arterial/vascular system is very dynamic with a wide variety of chemoreceptors, hormones, and nerves that control the rate of flow into different regions of the body under different circumstances, and so many different things can go wrong with it.
You really should see a doctor when you get the opportunity and watch for indications of a heart attack in the mean time.
Personally, I keep a pulse oximeter and blood pressure cuff in the house. I use a pulse oximeter to tell me if my blood oxygen level is decreasing and the chambers of my heart are still beating, a blood pressure cuff tells me if there is something wrong peripherally via systolic and diastolic pressures. It’s just part of getting older and it’s not that irregular for me to wonder if I’m having a heart attack after eating too much. Everyone over 30 should have these in my opinion, they’re tremendously useful in the not so rare occasion you need to convince an old fart with chest pains that they actually need to go to the hospital this time.
