I posted regarding this a while back but couldn’t get an answer back then and ended up giving up trying PE, again, by lack of way of doing it - and no clear answers.
This thread. Keeping form?

My theories, either people don’t talk about it, and usually leave, by lack of answer - as I did a few times myself
People go about it other ways
Or I am missing something completely.

Before anyone try to pin on something that it isn’t: I don’t have erectile dysfunction, sex works well, I am a delayed ejaculator though but besides that all healthy.

Basically, I can’t keep an erection for more than semi-flaccid state for more than 3 jelqs (starting at full erect after some masturbation). Even tried watching porn it doesn’t help or barely. Jelqing makes me soft almost instantly.

My questions are:
Has anyone gotten this? And managed around it?
If so, how?
Or do you guys just have rock hard erections while jelqing?
Am I missing something?

First, you don’t want a rock hard erection for jelqs. 50-60% works just fine.

Give it time and take is slow. You’ll get there.

@Notmysequoia I’m pretty new to the scene, but I’ve experienced this as well. What really helps me is kegeling right before I release for the next stroke to keep the blood in there.

You want your cock to be flexible when you jelq, so don’t jelg erect. If jelqing for length you should be about 60% erect. If jelqing for girth you should be 80-90% erect. Then each jelq stroke increases internal blood pressure so your cock expands in the girth direction like squeezing a long balloon.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

The previous tips and also eat watermelon (the green rind especially). This will let the blood flow around like crazy.
