trying pe out
Hi whats up? I’m new to this here and have been looking information up for while now. I think I am going to start the newbie excercises over winter break to try and get a quick inch gain or even more if possible. Is it possible to still recieve the gains everyone seems to be geting by just doing the manual excercises, jelqing and stretching, is what I will be doing? I’m just not sure and do not want to mess anything up and down there while getting the best results possible
