So this is my first post however I’ve been going to this forum for probably about a year. Just so you know a little bit about myself my starting stats are BPEL: 7.2” and my EG is 4.8 - 5.2 depending on my EQ.
My normal routine is:
5 min warm up
5 min basic stretches
15 min of jelqing
5 min warm down

The problem is that I can never remember to do it often, I’ll get into a routine of doing it maybe twice a week and then I will fall off for a little bit. So basically my question is, what keeps you guys so motivated?

Are you sure those are you stats, from 4.8 to 5.2. Are you sure. That is a huge difference. Cmon dude, we are here to help,
but we must be honest. You ask of your EQ as high as 5.2. That is very big, from 4.8 to 5.2, Cmon dude, let us help you.

Sorry but if you want help, we need to know situations. Do you drink, smoke, What? Medical conditions?

Gains are the best motivator. If you have gained almost a half inch of girth I would say keep doing what you are doing. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

Ok I just did a remeasure, and its at 5.2.

I smoke a little bit of pot from time to time, like on weekends. I hardly ever drink. I’m 21 years old and I’m about 30 pounds over weight.

Motivation to pe is like anything in life. If you want a bigger dick, you will PE. If you aren’t that bothered to, it just means you don’t want a bigger dick all that badly. And that’s fine too.

I also believe you have to change your mind set to want to PE. I have posted many times the key to PE is commitment and dedication.

Maybe your body is trying to tell you something and 2 times a week is just right for you. More is not more, it’s often more than enough. Stick with twice a week and make adjustments from there. Perhaps stretching on Monday and jelqing on Friday, or whatever you prefer. The important thing is to listen to your body and you HAVE TO have faith in yourself. You will grow if you keep PEing, just not as fast as you would like sometimes.
