Trying to stay motivated
So this is my first post however I’ve been going to this forum for probably about a year. Just so you know a little bit about myself my starting stats are BPEL: 7.2” and my EG is 4.8 - 5.2 depending on my EQ.
My normal routine is:
5 min warm up
5 min basic stretches
15 min of jelqing
5 min warm down
The problem is that I can never remember to do it often, I’ll get into a routine of doing it maybe twice a week and then I will fall off for a little bit. So basically my question is, what keeps you guys so motivated?
