Warning: Do Not Do Business With Stay Erect. Not Even For A Trial

I’m absolutely livid now. I didn’t think I could get any more pissed off.

I posted a couple of months back about my disastisfaction with the herbal enhancer MSPF…well not only did the product not work for me (it had the nerve to trash Libidus/Maxidus), I have been trying to get my money back from them for over a month now to no avail. I started out at peace and level headed. I returned everything (even had tracking on it to make sure it was delivered) well within their money back guarantee limit and I can’t believe I’m being ripped off. That company has ignored ALL the emails I’ve sent to its customer service and other account concerning this issue and I got the damn run around via the 800 number. This led to me COMPLETELY losing it over the phone with them yesterday. It looks like I’m going to have to take legal action to get my cash back. Anybody here know the law when it comes to this? I’d like to get them for as much as possible if it’s down to me having to go to court over this. I’ve never been preyed upon before, and it’s making me feel ill. Getting scammed is new territory for me. If I can get pain and suffering to keep others from going through refund hell, I will go after them to the fullest extent of the law.

If there’s nothing that can be done and I get nothing back, I’m going to have to take a trip to Florida. I’m impotent and frustrated with life and getting up and choosing to live is getting harder for me everyday. They should give me my money back. The stay erect people don’t want me to come down to Florida.

The only thing you will find in Florida is an empty lot. Write the loss off as a lesson learned and not to be repeated. Then forget about it.

Maybe save the fare to Florida (they are not going to reimburse you for that), and concentrate on getting a return of erectile function instead. You can get a whole lot of erections for what it will cost to fly from NY to FL.

At least contact the state attorney general of the state they are in, and the better business bureau. It won’t stop them right away, but its a nail in the coffin.

A lot of these companies know that they will eventually be forced out of business, they just try and ride the gravy train until that happens.

As far as getting your money back, forget it. If you hire an attorney, you will spend far more than you can ever hope to recover. Chalk it up to one of life’s lessons.

Did you purchase with a credit card or Paypal? If so, dispute the charges with them directly.

Firebomb the place.

Kill them all and let God sort them out. But really you can’t do much maybe start a blog or something bad mouthing them. Go to every penis forum and related forum and bad mouth them if you can stop a few people from becoming customers you had the last laugh.

My funds were silently returned to me today, so I have no further quarrel with the folks at stay erect. I think my temper may have gotten the better of me here though. It tends to get me in trouble and I’ve been trying hard to keep it in check. I psyched myself up to the point I was mentally geared up for a trip south yesterday. It was looking very much like a reality since I was seeing red. Mods, Thunder, feel free to scrap this thread.

No need to scrap it. Somebody might learn something from it.
