I’m almost 4 weeks into a 6-month break from PE, cold turkey, when I just had to try something. A buddy of mine recently admitted that he’s trying PE (“Massive Member”) and he let me look over their guide. Anyway, he’s been doing a lot of erect jelqing & raving about it to me. Said he’s gained 1/2” EL & 1/2” EG in short time.

Though I’ve PE’d for 27 months, I’ve never tried erect jelqing. I’d always read the warnings about it and just never bothered trying - until last night. I just had to give it a shot. Holy shit!

I know I’ve been off for 4 weeks, so I went modestly. Here’s what I did:

1) 5 minutes of hot wraps
2) achieved full erection, fully lubed
3) used underhand grip, with moderate force - not especially loose, but I wasn’t gripping it forcefully either
4) used about a 2 or 3 second stroke, alternated hands
5) did about 100 (lost count)
6) another 5 minutes of hot wraps, dried & powdered it

The pressure buildup was unreal, my unit was nearly blood-red and wildly expanded. Talk about a real, deep ache….unbelievable. Every square mm of my unit was sore & throbbing - that has to promote incredible expansion on the CC/CS. And it wasn’t just a typical “girth” effect (although my girth had really ballooned up - but I didn’t have a measuring tape handy), but I even felt longitudinal pressures - all the way to the tip of my glans.

Is this shit for real? What’s the story on erect jelqing? I’d read some guys said that it was counterproductive for them. Any comments?

But I’m thinking that when I resume PE, this might become a staple of my arsenal & hopefully jumpstart my gains. I would suspect, however, that these shouldn’t be done daily - maybe only 2 or 3 sessions per week to allow healing in between (and I’m sure that healing is needed with erect jelqs).

So, what’s the word on erect jelqs???

With erect jelqs, or jelqs done with a very high erection level (around 90-95%) and modified versions of them I made my most noticable girth gains and yes, a little lenght too. I did them sometimes more uli-like, sometimes like squeezes, added some stuff and took away something. At one time I did them for about 2 hours a day in total, in a timeframe of about 3½ hours.

The thing about this exercise is that it’s very intense. What this means is that you can get fast gains with it, but also it means that you’ll develope a tolerance quite fast. Then you have to increase force or take a break. For me this ended to a state where the strenght of my arms wasn’t enough anymore. Goes without saying that the risk of an injury is great at pressure levels and stress of this magnitude. So as my hands weren’t strong enough anymore, I stopped doing them and started a break. I still sort of am on that break as I decided to concentrate on lengh exercises before continuing doing them. I did give them a try a couple days ago and it would seem that my penis has deconditioned and responses to lighter pressure again and I also haven’t lost any girth. The signs are good.

Erect jelqing isn’t a totally banned exercise, but certainly one of the most potentially dangerous ones. You have to know your penis well and how it reacts to stress before starting to do them. I know it has gotten to a sort of a cliché here, but this is not an exercise for the newbies.

That’s how I got my girth gains 90-100% erect jelq’s and squeezes. I just started them again myself. 70% erect for length and 90-100 for girth. Erect jelqing is not for newbies as base said above you will blow an O-ring.

I have encountered two major problems with erect jelqing:

1. Major bruising (almost instantaneous) at the base.

2. Nothing to “squeeze.” I could not generate any extra blood/pressure for expansion.

Both of these problems stem from the rigidity of my penis at full erection.

Ramrod, the point exactly is to not use complete, 100% erection, but still quite high. Say around 80% to 95%. Also, I always did my erect jelqing as dry. In dry jelqing you have to release the pressure for a small time when you start a new stroke. This is when I kegeled and this is also probably the reason how it is easier to keep the erection a little lower. More emphasize to one stroke. Make it slow, high-pressure and gain a stretching feeling in your glans. They key is to do it palms down, pressing your CS with your two first fingers and slide the blood from the CS to your glans. Makes your glans feel like they are going to explode and you have to be careful with it to not cause injuries. I got slight discoloration in my glans after each set and sometimes I saw that I had overdone it when it was too bad and almost scary.

It’s a high risk, high reward kind of a thing. My glans and base (increased CS size) gained unbelievable amount of size back then.

wad, I’ve recently started doing erct jelqs and I like it a lot, good expansion and the penis feels healthy. However I would suspect that it feels so intense for you and you are getting such good expansion partly because you have been on break and have deconditioned your penis. I know when I start back up after a break, that any exercise feels intense and I easily get a good expansion. As my penis gets used to the exercises, it toughens and expansion becomes more difficult.

I have tried to do this, however, I can’t keep an erection (95%) during the exercises, even with porn on.

How do you guys manage it?

fubar, wearing a cockring helps me keep 90% erect.

My Girth Blaster routine is based on performing the exercise at near erect levels. It creates high internal pressures, so is not for newbies and it requires using control to not go overboard. I think is comes close to achieving pump like results, but from the inside out instead of outside in.

I just had to add that because, for the most part, we try to discourage erect jelqing. My opinion is that it can lead to serious injury and should be viewed as a last resort. Try other methods before you do this and then realize that you will very likely hurt yourself in the process.
