Here’s the thing I’m kinda broke and I don’t have a hanger right now. All I have is a penis extender with belt and a rod system. My question is can you stretch tunica with a penis extender? I can’t do much manual exercises cause of something I don’t want to mention on here. I’m hoping I can cause bib thinks to think you can’t stretch tunica with an extender. But I wanted to get other input. Thanks guys.

I appreciate your input but I’m not doing any form of hanging in sorry I’m just not going to do it. Do you think with the phallison forte I can gain with tunica stretching straight up even if it take a lot of time to achieve?

Definetly not an expert on the topic but you can find tons of threads looking around a bit on what you are looking for.

Be careful with stretching with ADS because it could lead to nerve damage in the long run if you overdo it, and it’s quite easy to do so.

And if you didn’t i would recommend starting with a newbie routine focusing on wet jelqs and manual stretch then moving in the future to ADS.

That makes zero sense to me given the fact many of you will hang 15 plus pounds from your dicks. I don’t get why ADS would cause nerve damage if you take breaks

You need to focus on the “over do it” part of his statement. Guys who hang 15 lbs dont start at 15 lbs. They start with smaller weight and work their up way to heavier weights. Conditioning is important. Any PE can cause injury if done incorrectly, and sometimes injury occurs even when caution is taken. One needs to pay attention to the feedback of their dick and adjust their schedule as necessary.
