Anyone report length gains from tunica stretch ie 12 oclock stretch

I Do 10 stretches, two in each direction

I find that 12:00 is hardest and I have to lean backwards when I do it. I really like to feel the stretch in the muscle.


As of 5/1/05 BPEL = 6.50" EG = 5.25" 5/20/05 BPEL = 7.00" (This is at the peak right before an orgasm) EG = 5.38" First Goal BPEL = 8.50" EG = 6.25" FL > 5.00" (haven't done PE since about August of 2005)

Getting back into it for a week now, same goals as before, but..

A really good way to do a twelve a clock strech is to be in sitting position and pull your dick up to your belly button or past then hold it in that postion by pushing it agaisnt your stomach, then proceed to lying down on your while still holding it in posistion, this will give you a big strech!! Be carefull thou…..

I find it’s easier to do a 12oclock stretch (and any stretch), by wrapping fingers over thumb instead of the normal thumb over fingers.

I have gained about 1 1/4 from stretching the tunica and that was without really trying. I am new to PE ” just started 2 weeks ago” but have been doing foreskin restoration for about 5 years. For the last 3 years I have been stretching my foreskin using the method shown here using method 7 I always applied tension straight up in the direction of my chest. During this time I grew a lot of foreskin but also gained flacid and erect length. When I started using this method I was 6” BPEL and I am now

7 1/4” BPEL. Due to the methods that I was using I have to think that the length gains are all from tunica stretch
