I’ve been doing some research, because (not —>b/c) my length gains have seemed to slow down a lot. I realized I have a low LOT so I need to start stretching my tunica better. I don’t quiet understand how some of the guys are explaining there stretches for it, so if someone could give me an indepth really good explanation I’d appreciate it :) .

Thanks a lot Slack, I’m going to start adding some v stretches, dld blaster (never tried) and inverted stretches to there own 15 min night time stretch. The overhand stretching seems to put a lot of pressure on my head; therefore, if I do these before jelqing I have seen blood (finally figured this out). I had to move to an underhand grip.

Also I feel as though I have only been stretching my skin. I never really pulled the skin back first and then grabbed to pull b/c I always felt like I would just slide over my head :( . I’ll have to practice this too, because I feel like this has been another big impact on my length gains.
