Tunica vs. Lig stretching

Hey guys,

I was wondering if I could get faster gains with lig stretching or tunica stretching or a combination of both?


Just started 10-1-05 BPFL 6.5 FG 3.75 BPEL 6.5 EG 5.0 :thats: :rear:

Combination of both. As a newbie, you will probably get the best results by stretching in various directions.

It’s widely accepted that lig stretching yields faster gains than tunica stretching. My own view, however, is that you leave your ligs alone and focus on your tunica. Your ligs are there for a reason. Don’t start stretching them until you need to.

I’m sure others will disagree.

I went straight for my ligs, I might include some upward stretching later to help gains, but I don’t know yet.

Me too game, I went straight to BTC ADS I’ve worked up to a little over an hour before resting. I incorporate some all directions manual stretches. The round the world stretch seems to “get er done”.

Recently heard about tunica stretching and since I have a really low lot I figured let me try tunica work and see if I can break this plateau.

Ligs is what I stretched first only because I knew not of the tunica.


Short-Term Goal: 10.25" BPEL
