Help me out with lig and tunica

Hi everyone,

I’m getting confused now… :confused: They said do manual stretching by hitting the lig first, then tunica after there’s no more gain from stretching the lig.

I’ve been lurking around with the searched result from these key words “ligaments”, “lig stretching”, “tunica”, “tunica stretching”, “tunica picture”… The more I read the more I misunderstand the fact of why and how to do lig or tunica stretching :(

This picture is not clear enough and I can’t read the commentary text either.

Could you please help me by answering the following questions (in order and very clearly please :D )

1. Where, in Thundersplace forum can I find the pictures of tunica? ( I kind of did see once the penis anatomy posted by Westla, but I couldn’t find it now)
2. How to do lig stretching properly? Any picture? (With and without the thought of the LOT theory)
3. How to do tunica stretching properly? Any picture? (With and without the thought of the LOT theory)
4. Can we perform lig and tunica stretching alternatively (or simultaneously maybe?)

Your answers or any specific link, which answers to my questions will be appreicated.

Cadaver (dead person) image of tunica.

The basic manual stretch will work on the ligaments. You should pull in five directions: left, right, up, down, and straight out. See Jelqing & Stretching 101 and Simple stretching video.

First, I couldn’t understand what tunica is. I had been trying to find the image of tunica on Thundersplace and even via google search engine, but I still couldn’t find any of it. Sencond, the video of manual stretching didn’t mention how to perform tunica stretching and how was I supposed to know that jelqing has a connection with “tunica stretching”?

If I understood “tunica stretching”, I wouldn’t have asked my 4th question :D (slap me in the head! Bah!)

By the way, my question is not going to be placed in the list of the most annoying and frequent asked question, is it? :D
