My penis has been turtling up lately (shriveling). Is this a sign of an injury? It hasnt happened before. I’ve been sticking to the newbie routine for almost 2 months, but have yet to see gains. I’ve been having stronger erections in the morning though. I was also wondering about kegels and whether they affect your gains.

Since I do not know your routine, I can only guest. And here’s my guest.
Seems to me like a sign of overtraining. Stop for a couple of days then continue. Do not continue PE if your dick looks and feel tired like an old man. You must take a break. Kegel seems to affect my gains. Also, try longer time (10-15 minutes) on stretching and only a few (5) minutes of jelq and 5-10 of squeeze to pump it up (30 seconds each).

So far, I’ve gained 2 inches in lenght and 1.37 inches in girth. Also, my left forearm is now bigger than my right. It used to be the opposite.

Wow nice gains, may I ask what your routine was, and how long it took you to achieve them?

Turtling means you overtrained. Take as many days off as required until your flaccid comes back. Morning wood is a positive indicator though.

Kegels should help you gain, but again you can overtrain your BC muscle too.

Moderation is key.
