uli's - how long to hold?

Hey everyone. How long should I be holding uli’s in the “up” position? (ie. the position where my hand is slid up my penis and increasing the pressure). Also, what’s a good number of reps/sets to be doing? Currently I’ve been doing 5 sets of 5 reps, holding the first 4 reps for about 1 second each, and the last one (#5) for about 5 seconds.


Current: BPEL - 7.375", NBPEL - 6 1/8" - 6 1/4", EG - 5.375"

Goals (Modest): BPEL - 7 3/4", EG - 5 3/4"

Goals (Maybe one day): BPEL - 8.5", EG - 6 "

I usually hold mine for about 30-60seconds. Try 10 seconds and increase it when you feel the need ready.

Why don’t you do the reps at a low number and each day increase or decrease to suit you. I mean, if you feel comfortable with x amounts, increase it by like 10 seconds or something until you start to feel discomfort. This can be like an indication in how much your penis can handle at the moment.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

I have heard this before, but what exactly is a uli?

Hmm…currently i do 300 jelqs before ulis. Should I cut down on those and up the ulis maybe?

I do 100 jelqs and then 10 - 20 ulis and then 100 jelqs. I get a good half and inch or more expansion with that and then 10 min clamp along with 100 jelqs after that. I had my best work out of all time just a few minutes ago! I went from a 4 7/8”-5” Erect girth to 5 5/8”!!! It was great!

I do 200 uli’s. Build up to it. I do not recommend this to Newbies at this high repitition.

Not reccommended for newbies period. IMO, advanced exercises should only be used when your gains stop or slow to a snails pace.

Yeah my girth gains stopped completely. Yesterday I did 100 jelqs, 8 sets of 5 uli’s held for a 5 count each, and then 50 more jelqs

I don’t abide by the whole, “how long should I hold this” thing; I think you listen to your dick and just work with it, and the amount of time to hold it will become apparent to you.


Going for 6 inches of girth, wish me luck.
