Ultra Sensitive Penis

Ultra Sensitive Penis

Hello,

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I am not allowed to post in others.

I have Phimosis because of which I have a ultra sensitive penis. I cannot even touch the head without struggling a bit.

I can pull back the foreskin now because I made it a bit lose by pulling it back and forth.

Is there a way to get rid of the ultra sensitivity?

It’s supposed to be sensitive. You’re lucky. Us circumsized guys will never know how natural sex feels because of lost sensitivity from tissue removal, a dried out glans, the brain changing its architecture to ignore stimulus from the penis from clothing, and the excess friction from tight skin making faster speeds a bloody experience.

You can kill nerves though if you really want to. Sensory nerves tend to grow back (assuming the nerve bundle hasn’t been severed or the tissue the nerves would grow to has been cut off). Killing them is very easy. Capsaicin does both, killing and preventing regrowth, to sensory nerves and should work on the penis sensory nerves assuming there isn’t some kind of nerve subtype distinction I’m not thinking of at the moment. I don’t recommend putting that, or any nerve toxin of a functional concentration, on your penis though.

Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

I definitely do not want to kill off any nerves.

I am still a virgin and my worry is that if and when I actually do have sex, the foreskin will retract during penetration and the head of the penis will be exposed and things might get uncomfortable.

On a side note, is almost everyone in the outside world circumcised?

In the world as a hole, I would guess that it is almost 50/50 in numbers of boys and men that are circumcised, and I guess it is that way in India too.

When your skin is loose enough to slide back and forth using your hand, it will slide back and forth during sex too, when you thrust or pull out. The sensitivity is nothing to worry about, it will be so enjoyable and if it gets too much for you, then just slow down the tempo. Don’t worry - enjoy the «joystick» :) )

Alright, thank you, I will remember that. :)

I have another question.

Whenever I pull back my foreskin and touch the exposed head of the penis and then smell that finder, it smells dirty.

Since the last one week, everytime I pee, I pull back the foreskin and wash it with water.

But it still smells quite dirty. Could it be because of the water?

There’s no infection and just by looking at it, it looks really clean. But the smell is not that good.

1. If your glans haven’t been exposed before, due to phimosis, its probably VERY sensitive indeed. I remember that as a kid. So sensitive it actually hurts. But it will get better and you will get used to it - fairly quick. Just touch it a little every day and keep sliding your foreskin.

2. Wash your glans with mild soap and hot water every morning and evening. Basic hygiene for uncircumcised guys ;-) also pull the foreskin back when you pee.

I think if you are able to physically and safely able to you need to start stretching your foreskin and exposing your glans on a daily basis. Maybe a good idea would be to get into the routine of pulling the foreskin back in a bathtub of luke warm water. That way the skin will be relaxed and you can expose the glans to water. As you desensitize over time you could increase the temperature. You need to be washing your glans daily.

Internationally, circumcision is actually rather uncommon. Outside of North America, it’s pretty much only found amongst Jews and Muslims as a religious practice.

The sensitivity issue will improve with time and exposure of the glans to air and friction. Don’t worry about the sex thing; a vagina is exactly what it was designed to rub against.
