It has 27 programs to select from. Depending on the program it will provide either pulse or continuous as well as 1 or 3 MHz.

Program 11 is set to continuous 3 MHz and for all of the programs it appears that the intensity is selected by the user. The intensity can be adjusted in tenths all the way up to 3 w/ cm^2.

I’m going to begin my experimentation today extending with continuous 3 MHz at 2 w/cm^2.

To the moon and beyond brothers!

Way to go LittleEngine.

For the description you put it sounds really affordable machine.

When connective tissue is stretched within therapeutic temperatures ranging 102 to 110 F (38.9- 43.3 C), the amount of structural weakening produced by a given amount of tissue elongation varies inversely with the temperature. This is apparently related to the progressive increase in the viscous flow properties of the collagenous tissue when it is heated. (Warren et al (1971,1976)

What’s up Doc.

I have said thank you to both Kyrpa and Manko on their threads for providing me with both the inspiration and road map to apply ultrasound to my routine.

Because of your contributions I made sure to purchase a devise that can also deliver at 3 MHz. In addition your comments allowed me to know that when using 3 MHz I should keep the intensity at =< 2 w/cm^2.

A big thanks to you DocJ, much appreciated.

Big gains brother!

Hey Longerstretch and LittleEngine, just now saw this, I’ve been on Kyrpa’s thread and neglected to look at my own. Thanks guys. US is the way to go. Now I Just need to figure out the best way to attach to my penis without causing damage to my glans. I’ll be posting soon on Kyrpa’s site about this.

I’ve been using the X4 with a strap and up to 9.00 lbs of tension. Been doing this for years and the glans seem to handle it, just need to take breaks for circulation.

At my tension levels I couldn’t beat the blisters using the vacuum style systems.

Thanks LittleEngine for the advice. Love trying new devices. Where do you get info on the X4 system?

I’m not sure if the X4 extender is specifically required as there are other extender brands that also offer both noose and strap options.

Some individuals cannot tolerate either the strap or the noose, so there is always that risk.

I’m sure there are other less expensive brand options, this is just what has worked for me.
