underwear question

Does the kind of underwear you wear matter? I like to wear bikini briefs as my usual underwear. Will wearing snug underwear hurt my efforts in stretching? Or does it not matter?

Tight underwear keep the goodies pulled up tight, so is counter productive to low hanging balls and a larger flaccid hang. I’ve gone commando for a few years and it definitely improves the flaccid hang.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Highly suggest sepratec which you can get on Amazon. Separate pockets for your dick and balls. Very comfortable and doesn’t smash your dick.

Give commando a try. It’s great to feel the boys moving around, and especially if you have an erection. I rarely wear underwear any more.

Sepratec sounds amazing! I am definetly going to check on this. I like being commando personally but gotta wear tight fits at work for.. HR reasons lmao

This is pretty much the same. Going commando pretty much isn’t an option at work. But I also don’t wear underwear once I get home. I’m either naked or commando at home.

My unscientific view is that it does not help. As BPFSL gains are a precursor to BPEL gains, then restricting flaccid is a negative. How much of a negative? I don’t know. May just be superstition. If you are having gains and you also strap in tight, then keep on. Getting free when you get home is a positive.

If you don’t already do so, a good PE practice is to include a short stretch session when you go to the bathroom. Obviously be cautiois where/when you do so.

I have a similar work place environment. Can’t afford to have a vpl.

What kind of stretch would be good to do a couple times a day at work in the bathroom?

Hey man I know your question was not at me, but much of my stretching PE and regular work outs at work.

I do V Stretches, JELQ, Kegels, ADS, edging and some clamping at work. When I am not doing Push-ups, calf-raises, or bench dips, all on various bathroom breaks. Haha

I work 10+ hour shifts so I have plenty of time to squeeze all that in.

I stay moving most of the time and deal with the public pretty much the whole time. So bathroom breaks are pretty much all I got haha

Hey man I get it. I work in high pace surgical facility. Bathroom breaks are a godsend. Just make time as much as you can and use you bathroom time wisely.

JELQ and Edging with clamp are my favorite PE during bathroom breaks.

But doing 10 second stretches (down, right, up, left, and out) mixed with Kegels has also been easy to push in.

Stretch over your wrist. You have to be long enough to reach. But looking at your stats, you appear to be able to do so.
