Does tight underwear (even tight boxers) affects penis growth? I’m 24, and I wear ONLY tight underwear. I really don’t know if I should change it all or not, for PE benefits. Thx guys

But it might interfere with some penis enlargement techniques, like all day hanging, or clamping after a workout. I wear mostly y-fronts, whose tightness is usually exaggerated, and it has not held me back so far.

I switched to boxers after starting to PE, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my non-erect length. Briefs seemed to squish my pecker and push the blood out of it. Boxers allow it to hang naturally and stay filed with blood. I definitely prefer the boxers.
