Urological point of view
I went to a urolog today because I have some problems with the urethra, not because of PE or anything totally unrelated. But I talked to him to get his profesional opinion on manual curvature corection via pump/stretch. He tells me basicaly the same thing that it is writen all over the internet as there is no scientifical evidence for it, but there actually is if you look for it, and furthermore tells me I can try it if I want.. He said that there s no urological convention anywhere in the world so that they can specify what works or not, methods aren t being investigated, researches aren t being funded or anything, probably not much interest in this, but he said that because of this the only method that is being used is surgery for over 30 years now, regarding curvature/enlargement or anything.. He didn t seem to know about these mecanical practices too much, but I feel that this site is perfect for this sort of situations as info is being gathered here and people can make statements on what works, how it works, why it works etc.
As for scientific proof, Traction has been shown to work, Pumping has been shown to work, these methods are both being recomended and used for ED and Peyronie s Disease, here s a link The role of vacuum pump therapy to mechanically straighten the penis in Peyronie’s disease, so there is a little scientific work to prove it works. Any other thoughts you guys?
