I believe you are exactly right.

The great thing about AM and the stuff he put out was that it educated me regarding things like shear stress, blood vessels, glycocalyx etc and inspired us all to dig a little deeper into the science. That also led me down other “rabbit holes” regarding health and rejuvenation strategies.

I found a lot of research indicating massage techniques do not really improve blood flow and that exercise is probably the best method. If you think about it, you can use your favorite AM technique to “move blood” and stimulate growth factors only a limited # of times per second. But, if you simply exercise, your heart pounds (whether you believe it’s a pump or a vortex) at least 130 times per minute, even more. Blood is rushing through your whole body, stimulating the vessels in the same way. Obviously we are not growing taller or getting bigger noses, dicks, or ears because of exercise.

I absolutely believe 100% that cardio, strength exercise, mostly vegetarian eating, citrulline supplementation and practicing techniques that encourage healthy erections is going to improve EQ. No doubt. And all of this will encourage smooth muscle over collagen and increase blood vessel growth and density in the penis.

But I did a simpler version of this for maybe three -four months and once a day, I ended up using a small laminate roller after the aggravating onset of arthritis in my thumbs and wrists, stopped me from common thumb strokes. I would still consider it a stamina plus, as it did increase the vascularity in my shaft and as others have attested and PI’s were all mostly real good. Erections were consistent and AM wood woke me numerous times, still does. So I am not using it for growth, per se, as much as I’m letting it lead me to greater length and girth with a head start in the conditioning dept.
