Any of the blood flow exercises are just doing for your penis what ordinary cardio does for the rest of your body, fine for erectile health but won’t grow anything any larger beyond EQ gains.
I believe you are exactly right.
The great thing about AM and the stuff he put out was that it educated me regarding things like shear stress, blood vessels, glycocalyx etc and inspired us all to dig a little deeper into the science. That also led me down other “rabbit holes” regarding health and rejuvenation strategies.
I found a lot of research indicating massage techniques do not really improve blood flow and that exercise is probably the best method. If you think about it, you can use your favorite AM technique to “move blood” and stimulate growth factors only a limited # of times per second. But, if you simply exercise, your heart pounds (whether you believe it’s a pump or a vortex) at least 130 times per minute, even more. Blood is rushing through your whole body, stimulating the vessels in the same way. Obviously we are not growing taller or getting bigger noses, dicks, or ears because of exercise.
I absolutely believe 100% that cardio, strength exercise, mostly vegetarian eating, citrulline supplementation and practicing techniques that encourage healthy erections is going to improve EQ. No doubt. And all of this will encourage smooth muscle over collagen and increase blood vessel growth and density in the penis.
