hello everybody I created this for who was still using the method …. in order to give us feedback, clarifications and advice, for example, even on the diet, what did you think was better and not

No one really showed any gains other than temporary improved erections. I wouldn’t go changing your lifestyle and diet, many people on here did it for months with no gains… Just my two cents!

Hold up, now, there are still a few of us ‘True Believer’s’ around.

I’m still with the Angion Method, exclusively since the last thread I commented in.

I thhhh…think I’ve got something from it.

I don’t follow the diet, but am a semi-vegetarian.

BearMeat - I disagree with the ‘temporary’ part. These erections are still strong. I’m going through a no PMO phase (with ‘P’ to be a permanent exclusion,) so I’m not going for manual erections. Night/nocturnal wood? That’s still there. Fuller flaccid hang? That’s still there, too.

I had very visible gains (there are those who when it starts in this world today is 0.1 cm longer when it could only be the temperature or other factors but instead I have marked all the variations from post training shower etc and making an average result was positive but it was already eye-catching and that’s what you should be aiming for … … and although I stopped for months due to lack of time, my earnings remained solid …

The AM can’t give you length or girth gains, but this doesn’t mean that this method is useless. The AM will improve your blood flow and EQ without any doubt, I think that this is much more important then the size of your dick.

Those who reported gains are usually newbies with not so good EQ, so they are actually reporting EQ gains.

Just to confirm what you said above. I’m not sure what PMO means. I’m from mainland Europe, so not a native English speaker.

You have not lost the AM benefits(EQ, veins, fuller flaccid hang) after the discontinuation of the AM method?

Agreed, it’s not useless… I’d definitely use it again if I run into any EQ issues.

I wanted it to work too, but, it’s not producing gains, and it been around long enough to prove itself.

I chose to move away from it because you could spend another 6 months playing with your erections whilst others are gaining from traditional methods. I’m choosing to gain.

That’s called marketing, I think the first “promise” was “it takes 45 days” correct me if I’m wrong.

If that’s video 54 I would say it’s propaganda…

But, the first thing I did notice when I started PE was… great EQ.

It’s marketing, except he wasn’t really selling anything. It seems to me that guy was seeking followers and praise and personal validation rather than money. I agree with you on the EQ boost from doing version 1. Which I’d still like to hear some discussion and debate about, at least as far as what is causing this improved EQ. It isn’t more blood vessels, I’m pretty sure of that.
Just as regular edging improves erections, I’m still trying to figure out why the thumb stroking form of edging, basically the AM, is even better for it. It isn’t producing the “peristaltic pump” effect the originator thought it did. And while I’m sure that repeated stroking of the dorsal side created inflammation of the area in general, it really did seem to leave me with a crazy veiny fat flaccid afterwards. As if it somehow was affecting the veins specifically even more than traditional edging.
I will try to imagine what massaging the penis with the AM actually does to the inside of an erection, and how it would be affecting the circulatory/venous machinery of my dick. But I guess it is all just speculation as to what is going on in there. Maybe we are just increasing outward pressure against the venous walls over and over, and over time they just remain larger and fatter. It is sort of accidentally brilliant, at least as far as the effect. I just wish I understood the underlying mechanics.

Porn - Masturbation - Orgasm (PMO) that’s the lingo for some of us wishing to eliminate pornography consumption.

I’ve been consistent with the AM/Phallogenesis; one day on, one off. Exception being the last two days where I worked it over (an experiment which might continue today.)

Routine:

- Phallogenesis 15 minutes
- Oscillator, approx. 6 minutes
- Vascion/AM 2.0 - whatever I can be bothered to do.

I’ll mix it up, say 6 mins Phallogenesis, a couple minutes of Oscillator, then throw in some Vascion/AM2. I think it’s fantastic for erectile quality – almost unreal. I’ve had two legitimate cases or priapism, the erections that wake me up feel similar: no arousal, slightly painful but relieved by urination (unlike priapism.)

When I have taken 2, maybe 3 days off I’ve had the same excellent night/noctural erections, tingling in the base and that ‘feeling’ in my member that something’s happening. Also, yes, veins (still not quite as developed as suggested) and (much) fuller flaccid hang

Probably I should adhere to the suggested time off.

Any of the blood flow exercises are just doing for your penis what ordinary cardio does for the rest of your body, fine for erectile health but won’t grow anything any larger beyond EQ gains.
